This company is full of poor poor management from the top down. Some will belittle you to show how much better that are then you. Bust your butt, don’t bust your butt, Skill is not recognized. 
This company bases its merits on how well your liked by middle management. Oh and middle management, they...., obviously promote their friends who’s abilities  to even skim the surface of field technical skills is slim at best into cushy office jobs, or worse!! Middle management as well!

I’d equate working for this company to selling your soul. You’ll think it’s a good idea at the time. But will eventually hate yourself for doing it.

RUN don’t walk from that horrible mess of small man syndrome management team.

Each and every day was busy, and went by quickly. I was passed on many different tasks as I worked here. There were several perks as an employee. Everyone was extremely friendly and nice. There was not much room for advancement. The real big downfall is the office politics; management was always back stabbing, and plotting employees against each other. If you ever proved them wrong, or disagreed with they said, they would find ways of letting you go.

My Warehouse Team is a great team we always have team work we always complete our work daily task and we will never stop working until we finish all the work needed. The only problem is our company doesn't have any employee evaluation or i must say that most of the worker doesn't have any raise annually ,even thou we always work so hard.No job security.But still i can say that i enjoyed working hear.

No formal reviews, performance appraisals, coaching or even a job description in most cases. Salaries have been cut in recent years with only management favourites receiving raises and promotions. Those with little to no conscience won’t have a problem working here and stabbing others in the back to stay.

Great bunch of field hands and office staff. It has been unfortunate for a lot of us who have been laid off and have to start new careers. I enjoyed talking with the guys at work or in the office.

Was a mud engineer working on drilling and coring rigs, great products to work with and very helpful management willing to take calls 24/7 if you have a question. Once the market turns around I will be back there.

Worked as a Technical services rep and i was treated really well, coworkers were great people and I felt my hard work was appreciated. I was let go during a restructuring of personell / downturn in oil. If given the opportunity I would strongly consider going back.

CES is a good place to work, with hands on management. They allow you the time away if needed as well as good environment to work. You are generally placed in an environment that best suits your skill set and allows for great mentorship from lead hands 
 

Shop foreman is a bully. Filed harassment claims, nothing gets done about it. And then get let go a week after latest claim. CEO and shop foreman are buddies, so nothing gets addressed. Shop foreman will yell at you if you refuse unsafe work. Lots of micro managing..

I worked hard and wanted to learn, unfortunately the other staff would not share their workload.  It began as a great company however you didn't get the chance to advance because the other person would not share the information.
