This job was great job everyone works and takes care of each other as family and management was even better from company dinners to events and gifts during the holidays and overtime lots of it.
I learned a lot from this job they never restricted us from wanting to learn about a different position like since I was a warehouse associate i wanted to learn how to do shipping and they taught me same with receiving and inventory counts. When I needed to make some more money they would find a solution by offering overtime. Genuinely this was the best job I have worked in my life and enjoyed my time working for them and if I ever got an opportunity to go back I definitely would.

The work environment is quite toxic due to the biased behavior of the leadership team. Certain people are under valued and some are appreciated with exaggeration. Credit for extra certification is provided without any  judgement or valid qualification. The management is very inconsiderate of the employee's situation and does not believe in accommodating any valid requests. Company is trying to incorporate training but the mindset & work culture makes it a worthless place for career growth.

Great people and sales team. .angers work hard for you but with the volume of acquisitions and lack of staff you are not able to do your job well. First 3 years were great co silently earning more money than the last making sales, product being delivered on time  ackorders effectively communicated and enough staff for the products we had. Fourth year work life balance changed for the worse although my earnings increased significantly and I was above target there was no bonus. Also with all the acquisitions and no backend end staff brought in many  backorders were never resolved and customers lost trust in the company.

My reps were hard working and dedicated to customers.

Upper management was not in tune with the business and just wanted a quick sale

Not great.  Upper management managed through fear

10-14 hour days, lots of request for proposals.

Exciting and customer focused company. They take care of their employees.

Long hours of work but impressive place to work.

Everyday is interesting and a new excitement to come to work.

Company needs progressive thought ,open mindedness to change and to embrace future technologies . The company needs to invest more in their people and their development. Structural change is required to have qualified people in proper positions. Old fashioned favoritism and loyalties must be diminished. 

Job is Exhausting, 12hours shift and all the work is yours by getting all the boxes that’s coming out inside each room, collecting heavy materials in each room, scanning all the finish product and ship it by pulling the heavy skid with all the finish product. Pay is low for all the work you do, No increase unless government does, benefits you need to pay it’s not 100%. Some co-workers are fun to work with.

At times it can be stressful and unorganized, but overall it is mostly a positive experience working at CHS. Management is mostly helpful and I feel the dynamic between departments is collaborative, while there is still room to improve working relationships. Another thing, there is lots of turnover which can cause disruption in the business. Compensation is fair and worth the hard work. 

The company has a very intense hiring process , have to go through several interviews with the management in Toronto . They leave you hanging not knowing how the interview went . They don't get back to you find that very unprofessional on there part .They post job ads but take there sweet time to hire a candidate , they are time wasters horrible experience i went thru !!!

A typical day could vary from being long and not having much to do to being very immersive having lots of situations to sort through. The environment that was held on the floor was very positive with everyone having a good attitude
