The CMPA is a great place to work. Good pay, good benefits, compassionate leaders (my direct leader, and a great CEO), and meaningful work. Flex work was introduced this year and it provides a lot of flexibility to work from home and come in with purpose based on the job you are performing (not a quota of 3 days a week like other companies). 

Great place to work, interesting work, lots of perks, on-site fitness studio, on-site cafeteria, close walk to Preston and Dow's Lake. I have learned a lot working here. Competitive salary and benefit packages. Depending on your role there is good work, life, balance.

Great ppl to work with. The team is very supportive and friendly. Management truly cares about employees and always listens to feedback. The work environment is positive and collaborative. Highly recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a great career opportunity!

The CMPA is a very collaborative and innovative place to work. it challenges new concepts and provides new ways of improving safe medical care by educating physicians across Canada in providing better healthcare to their patients.

Everyone at the CMPA were very professional and friendly. Everyone I had met were more than willing to help when I needed. Since, I was a coop student I spent most of the time learning the processes and proceuders of the investments department.

Very stressful work culture, they don't follow their Just culture policy at their own organization ----What a Shame . I would never work here in my life and not recommend


I felt like one of the Stepford Wives in this job. Only the superficial mattered. Nothing of substance. Really silly job. Not sure why this company exists.
