I really enjoy working with my Team .Our boss is super helpful and helping me grow everyday .Team is super supportive. Except salary everything is best about the company sometimes money doesn't matter much But still I believe with my hard work I will earn it one day. That's why I want to stay as long as they want me to be in the company. Everyone in this company is super friendly . Best environment specially that a female can wish for . I feel safe and always encouraged by our boss and CEO both are very kind and compassionate . Working as a contractor currently but will feel privileged if hired permanently just because of the best bosses I have ever seen in any company.

I spent 6 months with COP on a project and it was a great working experience. The company is growing fast and has a very capable and dynamic management team. Work is fast-paced and the workforce consists of a lot of young people. The company looks after their employees and offer amazing benefits including orthodontic!

The company has a brand new head office and has recently undergone a cool re-branding. The workplace tech is amazing and they strive to get the best tools for the job.

The people at COP are amazing and bring in a lot of capabilities and experiences. It was a pleasure working for COP.

The Victoria, BC office is always hiring for a reason because they keep toxic staff that deter new staff on wanting to stay long term. If you want this office to not always have a job posting every single week, maybe COP should look at the staff who remain there. The problem lies within the company. I’d never recommend anyone to work at this location unless they plan on being an overworked servant for overprivileged senior staff who have nothing better to do than take their misery out on innocent souls.  

The business manager was so mean and all the work load was given to the dental assistants with understaffed environment.l The treatment coordinator was supposed to do all the treatment but just depend on the dental assistants. And the hygienist are too lazy and keep on asking help from the assistants although we do have a lot of patients to attend to.

Having worked for this company for 12 years I have seen the highs of original ownership and exciting growth to the poorly run company it is today. 

The current CEO is tearing this company apart. Our growth has declined, morale is at an all time low, company revenue is declining. This CEO needs to go! Please do us a favour and leave! 

Incredible team work at the Ottawa office throughout the entire front and back staff. Great management and guidance from COP.  Everyone is always willing to help each other allowing for a successful day. A wonderful clinic to work for.

The corporate employee benefits do not outweigh the stress of the clinic. Patients and employees are just numbers. Poor management, not a positive environment. 

the corporation seems like they have a lot of experience and are able to train properly. there is a lot of clashing from the orthodontist and the head office and they are not on the same page. just put stuff in very bad position between the dentist and new hires.

One of the reasons that I was attracted to the company is that they are growing and scaling rapidly. The work that I get to do is challenging and has broad scope. I know that I am able to have an impact and get great experience that grows my own skill set. 

HR TEAM was great.  We worked well together.  It was challenging due to COP being a start up company and had no structure in place.  Alot of great people that worked at COP.  Friendly, supportive and had a flexible work from home policy.
