Go on site, have a thorough explanation of your duties. Perform patrols and write in your log book/reports if is any abnormal environment on the area or someone suspicious. Patrols rounds depend on different sites. I have learn a lot about the industry, from the basics of protection of property to financial management. The schedule system varies by time to time. Management is really kind and respectful to other employees who are seen as minorities, the company is well acceptance of any one so far the can follow on their duties. I have not seen the slightest bit of racism at all. Payment rates varies by how well you do and after have a certain amount of hours benefit would come in place. The hardest part of this job would be the short notice for certain shifts (sometimes in emergency situations). The most enjoyable of the job how flexible and understandable they are. I have been happy working for this company, and i have made a great decision of picking them as my first security job. Recently I was given a supervisory position and now I have a lot of open opportunities with them.

The staff is very supportive

So angry with these fake people. First they call you for an interview, then they convince u that u are going to get a job once u get a licence from their company and charge u $350 for just training and CPR, test fees and fees to apply for a licence are excluded from the fees above. But once u get a licence and call them for a job suddenly there are no jobs. One goes to vacation and tells to call someone else. Then that person tells u to call someone else and when u contact them they just give u small events to cover-up in far away cities. And for the cherry on top no job details are provided neither the pay rate. Nothing is discussed but just this is the job....if u want to come.....come...otherwise.....byebye......

All the staff here gets along very great, the management is awesome and takes the employees opinions into account, long work days with 12 hr shifts. Patrolling and writing reports is a typical day at work, an amazing work environment where everyone feels welcome and feels comfortable to come to work everyday, the most enjoyable part of my job is working with my co works and going out for lunch/drinks after shifts are over because it feels like you are working with friends and family because you get to get out of the office and enjoy the great outdoors and see all of what the prairies have to offer.

Patrolling, Monitoring Surveillance, Access Control, Conduct investigation, observing, detecting, reporting. You learn how to assist and protect people, properties and how to deal with critical situations. How to communicate and manage assigned missions. Conducting leadership. Hardest part is the human challenge: work condition, lack of sleeping, standing long hours... But it s an enjoyable work when you learn how respect people and being rescpected. Bringing out the human dimension.

Everything! The people are all super nice and friendly, probably because we are all treated with respect. Really relaxed, family style atmosphere but doesn't stop your ability to work like some places. Great benefits and snacks/drinks provided. Management really take the time to talk to everyone and listen to opinions. Training budget is great and you are encouraged to use it.

They will call you 100 times before making the payment for your license. In every step they will charge you money. But for shifts, first of all they Dont have any fixed shifts for GTA people. SECONDLY, if you are unwell and miss any shift even if you inform them
early they straightway they will not provide you any shifts!

Strong company. I gained a lot of experience with customer service and the Human Resources department. Engaging with the Security Guards is entertaining along with the scheduling. The only bad outcome would be that I'm not getting enough hours. Canadian Security Force Inc. is a company that deals with a lot of special events during the summer.

These people really value their workers (unlike other companies). During my shifts they provide food, water, and sunscreen to all the guards and make sure we are ok 

Events are fun, we enjoy it very much and staff is friendly to us

Payment is great! Most ppl here are getting $15-19.50 ph (if u do good, they increase it np)

What more can you ask for? 
It's a easy going security job, no labor. 
Staff is great, very friendly in fact. Never had any issues with anything. I enjoy working in this company very much. 

***Other security companies are nothing compared to Canadian Security Force. I can proudly say that!!! ***
