Employees are unduly assigned essential management tasks and then held accountable for their failings. There are no adequate drawings or information slips to detail the product design or company expectations.  

A tight core of three people are considered the bosses but there skills are questionable which often leads to blame running downhill, thus the revolving door of short term employees. 

Would not recommend, boss is very arrogant, and egotistic. He did good for a lot of people that work there at one point but then lost everybody who actually did good at the job but some times made mistakes. Employees that are closest to him will talk to him behind your back to make you look foolish. Sorry to say was a great place to work in the beginning but he lost every good worker he had. The boss would at times whistle at employees to come to him like a dog.

You can expect a great team of co-workers to work side by side with, scheduled breaks and lunches with team lunch provided on Fridays and a Monday - Friday shift with optional overtime if you choose.

Beyond sad to be moving on! If you are a driven, reliable, & a hardworking individual you will excel here. Overtime is always available, if you want it. Boss is extremely understanding and accommodating.  The strong team environment and great management/supervisor supports you to succeed and learn. 

when managers do it right, they can help make their employees (and themselves) look like total rockstars. But beware. Hit the wrong note and you could see your employees sprinting for the exit faster than you can say, “we built this city.”
Which is exactly what I did. Welders beware!

If you like being bullied by the shop owner, lead hand and the leads sister than It’s the place for you.   Their turn over rate is incredible high and they have a reputation in Goderich for this.  

Revolving door of employment, management expects you to know everything and they take no responsibility for there mistakes.

They'd be a great company, if they understood what they were doing.


Learned a lot. Felt accomplished at the end of the day. The product that they put out is amazing and done with care. The employees are great spirited and easy to get along with. There are lots of breaks. Early Friday exit. Overall, it's awesome

If your a specific gender you get lunch or dinner dates, jetskiing on Lake Huron or all expenses paid flights to tradeshows with the owner. Just don’t say no to him, he’ll make ur life miserable.

Pros: The work is fairly steady and the hours are good. The factory is very clean and the product itself is high quality. 
Cons: Near daily drama between boss and management/staff.
