The location and my job.
The staff has always been friendly, helpful and easy to work with and talk to.  I am happy to have been selected to join the accounting department.  Culture is not a choice that I have given much thought or focus on here, nor anywhere else I have been employed.  I cannot rate something that I don't focus on. 
I kind of miss the office when it was on California and Divisadero because of the food and location.  However, I've adjusted and the lack of lunch places, for me, is okay.   However, I enjoy the individual office space for me, and most of the staff and the amenities, i.e.,  2 restrooms and a great kitchen.

learned a lot under one of the staff that was very dedicated.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
not enough staff ever- no A/C and too many dogs to staff ratio. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
fast paced, stressful, little organization and proper training

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
let dogs out to play- clean any additional messes from last night- spray walls with disinfectant and watch play groups, check dogs in, feed dogs lunch

They provide a thorough training program that addresses a variety of subjects, such as emergency protocols, dog behavior, and basic care methods. This guarantees that every member of the team has the knowledge and experience required to give each dog under their care excellent care and to deal with any issue that may come up.

Getting to work with dogs, a fun work environment, good coworkers, and a flexible schedule are some things i value. overall, i do enjoy this job and working with animals and in a high energy environment is a positive experience for me.

I highly enjoy the opportunity to work with animals. Even as a part-timer, management is very flexible and accommodating of my schedule! The people I get to work with are great too, I’ve enjoyed being able to connect with a wide range of people

I value the friends and people I’ve met. I have created a good relationship with most of them and I enjoy working with some people. 
The happiness of being able to work with dogs, everyday is different and really enjoyable!

The Adventure den is a great place to work with a positive culture around the building.

Work hours are reasonable and there is a good work life balance.


Good term work sprit. Fast response between staff members. If we got unsolved problems, we could ask manager to help and solve them. We have strong management skills to handle all the big problems!
