I closed and was a key holder.
I made sure the shop had enough product and would pick up the cash from various til and lock up until the end off the day.
I made sure ID was shown at all times.
Made sure and talked to clients in line or leaving to get a sense of there experience.
Had to intervene when someone tried to steal product, which I got back.
Made sure store was always clean and helped with scheduling.
Worked 7 days a week when needed.
I learned that this is such a growing industry, that I am going to go to school for cultivating at some point.
I like making people happy and customer service is the way. When any client had questions, they were always brought to me. I have a wide range knowledge when it comes to Indica, Shatter, Edibles and Sativa

A typical day at work would be me greeting all of the patients coming in and signing up people who are not yet patients at the clinic. I would be in charge of the organization of the admin desk, I also help train other new admins at this location as well as other locations around the city. Management is great, I love that I can ask them anything and I get nothing but great advice and constructive criticism from them. I never have to worry about stepping on fire around them. The co-workers are great I love my store and my team, it makes me enjoy coming to work everyday.

I had a strong passion for this industry that was burnt out solely by my time here.  Management and general management was not only neglectful and apathetic but were prone to nepotism, bullying, harassment and employment sabotage. A lot of drama among the staff, with management and regional managers involving themselves, lack of professionalism among management team, dehumanizing promising employees and sabotaging employees with promise of advancement.

We had a very hard working team at our location of Canna Clinic. We became family. I loved every day I got to work with those people.. ALTHOUGH it became apparent to me fast that we were not protected or cared for beyond our store.. being young and not aware of anything beyond what i was fed which were mostly lies I felt unsafe quickly and left. It was heart breaking to leave my family and a store i felt like I had built up.. but I had to put my self first and move on.

•	Oversee employees daily to insure a smooth operation
•	Help staff /customers with knowledge of product and the different strains
•	Monitor the staff to ensure the store is clean and presentable for customers
•	Ensure that product is plentiful and well laid out for customers to peruse
•	Assist customers in selecting products that meets their requirement
•	Provide customers with a great/pleasant shopping experience

The most enjoyable part of the job is helping people understand the true benefits of medicinal marijuana. Children and adults suffer from illnesses everyday, and to be able to help ease episodes, stress anxiety etc, is an amazing feeling. There is also a lot of negativity surrounding medicinal marijuana and to be able to combat false information on the product is extremely important to me as well.

Caanna Clinic on Yonge Street was a face paced environment. I really learned how to budtend at Canna Clinic. All of the employees got along together and really loved their job. The managers were smart and helped us to become more efficient.

Love canna clinic and miss it. Great work environment. Pay could have been better but it’s great as an entry level job for young people :) the management was awesome when I worked there and it’s quite laid back. I hope they reopen their locations soon.

Was ok to work at. 
Would assist in organizing any paperwork that was left over the night before. Help prepare the store front before opening the doors for the customers.
