Friendly, flexible workplace.

Executives  & managers that seek input from everyone to work towards the best outcome.
Good vacation/sick/personal day policies. 

Co-workers were great but frustrated constantly.  There were always things going wrong due to indecision of management and complacency of staff due to no longer caring.

They want to run a good corporate company but they are bean counters with no long term plan. Could be a good company but they are squeezing the lifeblood of the company(their employees) in the end that's a poor strategy for growth. 

Love to work here as mostly everyone is fun and supportive. They take care of you and make sure your wellbeing is well taken care of. Only cons is that management has a bit if internal conflict
