ITS NOT WORTH THE PAY. unless you're desperate. They hire people that have no other choice.

I was hired to run/maintain (the new position is at a lesser rate)the new robotic stamping line.. they didn't have a job description and they had no idea what they needed.. nepotism runs throughout this company.

Family owned and you're treated like scum.. talked down to, do things the incorrect and unsafe way. 

Attendance incentive is a joke.. they treat you like you're a child... 

Wage increases are based across the entire shop. If you are a tradesman or ticketed you're wage increase is the same as the shipping &receivers..

Typical day like work and communication with nice people

Easy job, order entry. Management completely unaware of how to properly manage however, leading to tension every time you need a day off or are sick. No vacation days, minimal benefits, less than adequate pay

not a good place to work, been there a year and a half with no raise or intentions of one, there is no respect given by employer and hes just all about making money and paying people very low

get to work already sweating cause its not out and then go stand infront of a 400 degree oven and bake literally all day and pour sweat with no benefits or raises ever

I actually enjoyed my time working here, was laid off eventually and moved cities but I think if I was to go back id be welcomed back.

Fast paced shop,detail to quality work.  problem solving is a must, blueprints are not usually very accurate. Must work independently as well as a team player.

You get 40 hours a week which is a must this day in age. Not the highest of wages but better then alot of places and the management is pretty nice. It is hot in the summer but alot of places are.

This place is ok..i guess, the people are nice, be ready to work hard and sweat and know basic math and english, i enjoy my job but its very physical.
