The people Canwest employed were all one happy family with everyone working for the same goal which was to grow the business and have some fun while doing it.Reason for leaving Canwest Propane sold

Good group to work for and the employees were great but the company was sold and re-structure is not being fair to many long-term hard working staff.

With the company being sold a lot of hard working long-term employees are loosing their jobs or getting demotion

I come in and begin work, my co-workers are great. Our manager comes in and gives us our orders. The hardest part of the job is to figure out how to do some of the jobs the manager gives me from the limited information he gives me. The most enjoyable part of the job is to see happy customers as they walk out.

Manager sent multiple times for anger training with no change in attitude upper management kept saying we are working on it, multiple good employees leave , multiple customer complaints  , but upper management proptects

Canwest Propane was an excellent employer with a great family feel to it. Everyone was treat with respect and everyone helped each other. Was a great place to work. unfortunately, the company was sold and that culture no longer exists there.

I enjoyed the difficulty faced each day with the tasks that needed to be performed on the daily basis. Every day brought something new to the table

Removing and installing temporary fences around construction sites is not the most fun thing to do for work but it isnt that bad. Pay isnt the best, youre out working in the cold. Your hands get damaged easy when not wearing proper equipment. Dangerous job

Collaborative environment to work in that was rewarding and fulfilling. Management support was safety oriented and involved safety in all decisions for day to day or new projects.

Canwest Propane is a great company to work for. Everyone was treated with respect. Management treated everyone like they were all part of the company family. The best company I have ever worked for.
