Typical day would include answering e-mails from vendors and customers, provide updates on open work orders. Answering phones and providing emergency roadside assistance was the bulk of the work however. 

I learned that I am a quick problem solver and how to manage my home and work life. 

Management, they did the best with what they had. 

The workplace culture was toxic to the core, name calling and complete disrespect to staff. There was favouritism and nepotism in the managers and the dispatchers and inbound reps. felt the brunt of that. There was also an "US vs. THEM" vibe that was brushed off by HR and by the upper management ring. The team-leads, mostly were, ok? but others had major ego issues, most spoke poorly behind the staffs backs with their direct superior, the Call Center Manager (CCM) as I personally experienced and saw. 

The work itself isn't hard but it's made a lot harder by the clique-y behaviour demonstrated by the CCM and the team-leads. 

The most enjoyable part would be your co-workers! I have made some life long friends for sure, other things like working from home was also very nice.

Your schedule depends 100% on what the company needs. If you dare ask for a day off, you get crucified, everyone gets sent a passive-aggressive email on how attendance is crucial to everyone and how leaving 20 minutes early to pick up your child from school is detrimental to the well being of the team. I have heard of multiple co-workers who have quit for the inflexible work schedule and no sense of compassion for days off as needed (especially medical emergencies). Never have I ever felt so micro-managed in my life, from how long my washroom breaks needed to be to how we could not speak in the group chat if there was work that needed to be done. Management is awfully disorganized, all the leads have their own issues. Overall, the environment is very toxic all due to the habits set by the manager. The manager is never consistent with their promises. You will definitely be treated like a number and will be tossed to the side if you go up against the management. The best decision I made was to leave. 

Of you want to work your butt off for no recognition this is the place. If you never want a raise, this is the place. If expectations are extremely high and the pay way below, this is your place.  I worked there for just shy of 4 years and I never received a raise. People that were just coming on board were making what the long term workers were making. The stress can be extremely high depending on what you were hired for. If you asked questions about how things were being done or questioned anything life would become more difficult.  

New Manager has been making changes. Incentives, better scheduling, fair but firm, no favorites, she treats us all the same. She cares not only about the company and her job but about  us as people. Bringing  in more staff. She wants us to share our ideas and opinions. We are not just a number. 
I actually don’t mind logging in now she makes me want to be better and do better.

Ok when properly staffed and people knew how to do their jobs

I love the job, the Team Leads and the Manger. It’s also a huge benefit to work in the convenience of my own home. Unfortunately there are some reps who abuse the attendance policy and using personal time. They are negative in chat and it makes for a difficult situation . They blame management for their downfalls. 
I am happy that they are slowly leaving and we can concentrate on the job we are getting paid to do .

I started in Canxxus in 2019. I have had multiple opportunities to continue my education and learn more skills. I have a great deal of support from Management, the executive team and owners. Everyone is very friendly and the flexibility with working hours allows for a great work/life balance. 

although this was a good place to work as a 18 year old as the pay is very good, the company itself is disorganized and is not managed well, which made it very difficult to to do my job and caused a huge amount of stress on me everyday. I was forced into working all 3 of the floor level positions with no change in pay and was told that I would only be working the one position

Training has been revamped and geared for better  success and support

New Manager has been making changes for the better. Monthly incentives, more consistent scheduling, positive feedback, open communication , Meetings, support, home/work balance. Making people accountable

although I had years and years of experience in transportation if you do not fit in to their click don't waste your time, they give NO RAISES, no pension plan and the atmosphere is woke. working there causes un necessary stress in your life, they expect you to live and breathe for them.
