busy every day, I have been learned new things and learned to be more responsible and had a initiative and great team work. Management was organized and tough. My co-workers are great and friendly, great team work. The hardest part of the job when it takes so long hours specially in high season. The most enjoyable part of the job was during busy hours every body help each other to finish that day in exact time.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Packing goods and seal bags i am also a very hard worker 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part of my job is I have to stand for 12 hours

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It's cold and wet we use a lot of water

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Typical is when I get paid it's motivated me to work harder

Overall the work wasnt that hard but the stress was ridiculous, certain employees gets away with murder while a simple mistake on your part is capital punishment. Everybody thinks they are the boss and the supervisors are powerless to tell them different. Drama day in and day out. Do it for the money and get yourself on your feet then leave and never look back!

It's a hard job, long shift but i like it this way.  I'm a good and hard worker so it fit to me.
I get along good with people and i made a lot of new friends, i like people and people like me too.
The salary is not good cause it's only 10$ per hours so we have to work hard and long shift to make good money.
They're is no oppotunities to get something better so that's why i'm looking for semething else.

Co-workers are friendly.
I learned a lot of work here like Butchering Crabs and Lobsters.
The hardest part of the job that i try is flipping crabs that on crates to transfer to the box because there are many sizes and should be flip fast but i did my job good in flipping.
Buthcering is the enjoyable job that i tried.

Supervisors are very supportive  and considerate
Work mates are mostly very friendly and warm
The plant manager regularly communicate to workers and always ask about our issues and concerns about our well being as workers
I love the company because of its very warm and healthy working environment.

My co workers were anywhere from - English, jamacian. French. 
A great team of co workers
Management had there heads on straight an were there to get the job done
Days were long hours. standing on feet. If you got your head in the game you could do it!

I loved the work although they work there workers to hard we maybe got a day off during the week as well they don't know to talk to there workers only one supervisor did treat others with respect.

This is a pleasant place to work. Co-workers for the most part are nice and helpful. The hardest part of the job is having to stand for long period of time.
