This is by far the most unprofessional, disorganized dealership I have ever seen. Not to mention the managers shouldn’t even be managers. It’s like watching monkeys in a circus all scratching their heads, nattering back and forth. 

You get hired with a promise that you’ll receive adequate training and then abandoned to figure it out on your own and then when you don’t perform to their expectations you get yelled at or talked down to. 

Management is not there to support you or help you close deals. It’s literally every man for himself. It’s a very cold environment. 

From the moment you walk through the door it’s the most uninviting experience and it’s a very cliquey place. The only good thing about this place are a few of the staff who are also relatively new, but trust me with the way things are going they’re not going to last either. 

Save yourself from this experience and go somewhere else.  It’s no wonder they have such a high turnover rate with staff and low sales with vehicles in comparison to other dealerships in the city.

Great company. Good culture and treats their employees well.

Sales is always stressful. But the rewards are there for the hard work and stress.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very unique and puts their people a priority as their best assets.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Make as many deals as you can and keep the customers happy.

Day to day work is manageable, but the management sucks, they expect so much done in little to no time. Co-workers are the best part of the workday, we help each other get through the day faster. Lunch breaks are cut short because of lack of staff, and overwhelming workload. Sometimes we have to stay to get work done without overtime pay. What I've learned is pack your bags and go somewhere that they would care about the staff.

If you are a friend or family you have a job there.  If not your job is always in jeopardy.  Hey only take care of certain people even if they are toxic and causing the most issues with the place.  I do not recommend working here for your own sanity.  They typically pay about 10-20%less than other places.  

They are very open and willing to train new staff, lots of overtime and working weekends but its a good place to earn money and get experience. definitely recommend to anyone looking to get into auto sales. 

There’s some good people, and it can be fun with driving some cool cars etc. but it can be tough in winter with taking photos and it being cold, and usually it’s a high turn over employee rate. 

There is no accountability from management. It will be a revolving door of employees until they correct this issue.  Support from management is nonexistent. 90% if staff is miserable due to this.

Great work place, always learning something new and the people are excellent. You are treated fairly and with respect, makes the day to day challenges less stressful. Everyone is also helpful. 

very cliquey, dont supply the correct products for detailing and unless they like you, youre going nowhere in terms of progression, not even journeymen want to work there
