The dealership just did a major renovation (October 2020) and is truly a wonderful relaxed modern location to work at.  

This was the best company I had worked at so far. I was treated very well by management. They were very understanding and would also reward us with donuts, chocolate croissants, or iced coffee when we worked a day that was extra stressful. It was a big difference for me to have management that were thankful of your help and role you play rather than other experiences I had at companies where they were expecting to get as much work out of you for what they pay you. Everybody was very professional and fun to work with. I had to leave for personal reasons but this is a great company to build a career and life in

What is the best part of working at the company?
Best part Free lunch on Saturday some workers are nice

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The owner is intense , to demanding doesn’t match the pay

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Some time immature n toxic. Some workers are rude some are nice talk behind your back and try to get you fired , if you don’t do right instead of helping and encouraging you to do better 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy at time steady traffic, if it’s not busy they get mad that your not working

Competitive prices were attractive to customers. Work environment is okay while no one seemed too happy. Overall, lead system was totally mismanaged and neglected for the non-prime department. Biggest issue was that cars sold would never be in decent condition mechanically. Every single customer who bought a car from here has called back with too many issues. It’s difficult to manage when also trying to make new sales. If you care about reputation post sale, not the best support from the service department. 

Unfortunately all of the vehicles are exactly like the companies owners, all damaged goods and they are not nice people at all as well as not trustworthy, their business model is to be demeaning to their clients so as to make the buyer and client feel obligated to dealing with them, and if you don't like this model of doing business you will get the same humiliating treatment from the company owners.

Let me begin with how kind the lady manager was and that is it. The rest, working here was a horrible experience for me. The sale associates were unprofessional- my third day of working there, they just talked trash about how "I was too focused with work." No sense of belongingness. 

Really great place to work, especially to gain experience in an office-like culture. Everyone is kind and easy to get  along with. The workload is manageable, with customer traffic ranging from calm to busy. 

Focused as well as fun workplace.
Management gives us freedom to make decisions and support us with all kinds of resources to be more productive.
A lot to learn from the managing director as he guides me personally in times of need. Overall a fun place to work at.

Too bad for bad management. Too emotional....even in public. Not good for anyone including customers. Embarrassing to say the least. Really friendly coworkers.

Work is fine, no proper schedule, management is terrible not worth your time  and there isn't any job security you can literally just be replaced if you disagree with them or any stupid reason
