CARPROOF is a company that truly strives to make their employees not only feel valued but happy as well. Training and continuous learning is of utmost importance at CARPROOF for all employees. Another great quality about this company are the leaders. They are transparent, supportive, and fair. The leaders don't believe in hierarchy and believe that everyone, on every "level" has something to contribute. The overall culture is very teamwork oriented and to me it's very, "work hard, play hard". It's expected that the employees are productive but there is little to no micromanaging. So with that being said, employees are able to play video games, Foosball, or spend some time chatting in the den with other co-workers. Work-life balance is not only talked about but it's truly practiced at CARPROOF. I am very proud to work for this company!

Management is good, we're always working on communication as we grow in size.

It's definitely busy, if you dont like busy this isnt the place for you. But the company does value you for your efforts and is big on the work life balance.

Not sure what people are saying about US influence. We were bought by IHS Markit and nothing has really changed, still the same culture, same but if not better product.

These last few reviews sound very corporate, which is weird to see here. 

Anyway, my experience at CARPROOF was also a strange one. They're not an authentic company (I found that they didn't live up to their values, especially regarding integrity). They are incredibly driven and obsessed with being the best, but sometimes, doing the right thing would get sacrificed. Great perks though - lunches, social events, wages etc. I also found people would be promoted due to politics.

-managed and met with 300 automotive dealers supplying them data solutions for vehicle history reports and valuation products.
-challenged finding its way into the new era of product development.
-product is A+.
-new management and ownership will need to build a strong support team for sales department with a clear goal

Very young and inexperienced culture, including a lot of the managers. Repeat failures from the past and don't listen to the ones actually doing the job that have been with the company longer than them.

US company will likely move the company to the US soon.

Great people to work with. There is definitely a feeling that the employees and management care for each other.
Lots of great perks such as free lunch when a training session is held in addition to lots of social activities.

Was a decent company in the past.  Too much American influence now.  No one seems to know what's going on with regards to their future with the company.  Culture no longer genuine, very contrived now.

Company sold out to Carfax.  Can’t say I am surprised.  My experience working there was that the management makes a lot of money, the customer facing workers barely make a living.

Growing company with many new & constant updates/changes. Moving at a fast pace, though end game not entirely clear. Managers tend to be inexperienced, but to be expected with a growing company.

Environment was going through a lot of changes during my time there. Change from startup to corporate was driving people away. Didn't seem like management cared to hire from the inside.
