To start, children isn't really my area of expertise. I don't like working with kids. I find it very stressful. The family I was working with wanted me 24/7 only having one day off (after I requested that day off) per week. Money was decent, however it because very personal. I also didnt like how they parented their child, it was not good (not abuse, they just didnt know what they were doing). It was very stressful. This was a summer job.

Care.com allows you to meet new families and choose your rates and how far you are willing to travel. It is flexible, convenient and pays well! I have met over 80 families that have become long term clients and continue to accept new families every week!

I'm not sure if it is even legal to offer $10.00 per hour for someone to do accounting in home anymore.  I live in Canada and that is below our legal minimum wage.  Horrible company that scams peopke into thinking they will make loads for money and really end up not making anything at all.

They will bill you monthly even when you register with them fir one month or you cancell.

Not honest at ALL most of jobs does not exist. A gangster latinos , all what they want is to collect money.

The site was absolutely garbage, not allowing any actual customer interaction, regardless of the amount of attempts. 
Was then kicked from site for "interacting" with person I've never met, nor contacted through site.

You have to be on Care.com everyday applying with the best worded summary up-ing yourself in order to get an interview. Once you have a job through Care.com though it is nice, but not the most reliable.

Care.com was a very helpful site that helped me connect with other families in order to gain employment. I have been with the same family for nearly two years now and I couldn't be happier.

Disgustingly low wages. No respect for care providers. It is obscene a company like this can exist. They are harming people who work in this industry. Do not apply here. Do not support this
