The most stressful part is the water jet,the robot is weak,not functioning as before

Working  at the water jet cutting materia,assisting newly employed,grinding .

The job has become increasingly difficult to deal with due to numerous upper management changes.
Over the years i have expanded my knowledge of employee relations.
I have enjoyed the relationships i have developed with both shop floor employees and outside contacts such as suppliers and sale people.
The job has been challenging making me a more confident and patient person and manager.
I have assumed several positions in the facility from manufacturing to shipping.

Almost all the employees in the company know each other for a long time and most of them are Filipinos like myself.All statutory holidays are paid,Theres a free lunch every three months.But the wage is not that good for the hardwork that the employees are doing,specially in our department,and they didnt give the wage increase on the date that have been agreed by the union and the management and I dont know why the union cant do anything about it...

Nothing, it's a legalized sweatshop, as soon if your not standing at your post they go postal on you.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Supervisors and long term coworkers make your life miserable. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very awful work culture , people always watching you, if your not liked by your supervisor they will find something on you and terminate you.

Like any job, just do it for the $

None!!! The manager is a power tripping monster

Toxic!!! Except for the union reps they are actually pretty good!!!

Scrutinized and judged from clock in to clock out

My experience at Carfair Composites would always be a memorable as well as teachable experience for me. As a foreign trained lawyer, I felt a bit out of place at first but the coworkers were very supportive and helpful. I was trained properly and within a month I found that I began to complete tasks given to me efficiently. I enjoyed my placement at Carfair,.

I enjoyed everyday working in Carlson. Positive hard working team. The management was so supportive for progress in career and life. The was so much growth in months with opportunities locally and Internationally.

A company that provide me a living during the days that I have nowhere to go.  However, I hope the company should consider people who worked so hard and not just based on the seniority.  It is more on the performance level as well

Great support teem and team work  from all department within the facilities to ensure daily target are meet on a daily basis.
