Caring Hands

Workplace is extremely fast paced and most days are stressful, long and draining. 
They give promotions to people who aren't in position to be in team lead scenarios.
Hardest part of the job is after a long day of cleans, often are forced out to help other teams when finished with your own list of cleans. 
Most enjoyable part is signing out to get home.

However some people are nice and fine to work with, everything else seems crazy most days making it for a long exhausting day.

My typical day at work is a little tiring but I usually always leave at a reasonable time.
I have learned many skills while working at Caring Hands, like team work and managing my time to how many rooms need to be cleaned.
My co-workers are mostly nice and funny people and I enjoyed working with them
I think the hardest part of the job is when it's super busy in the winter and everyone is coming for the holidays and we all have to be done by 4 o'clock. 
The most enjoyable part of the job is working alone in my opinion because you can take your time and listen to the radio while you are cleaning.

there are not that many hours. if you can live off of 4 hours per day maybe 5-6 once or twice a week. there is no such thing as full time hours. they hire and hire. that way less you have hours. they don't like intelligent workers who work smart. they like younger that don't know anything about house cleaning.  they like that you do half butt job to clients that is easy money for them. they use clients to keep you working there..

The co workers were very friendly 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Having go deal with difficult people who may be going through their own problems and traumas you might not know exactly how to handle.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Welcoming, slow paced and casual

I recommend that you not work here if you have children or want to have life. The guy will have some people working 16 days straight while other people get two days off a week, and on weekends. 🤷‍♀️
He favourites his past employees and treats his new employees like garbage.If you want to be bullied into cleaning, and micro managed, work here. You can count on a decent pay cheque and that is it.

The boss treats most of his employees like poo other than a few. You would work 16 days in a row and when you suggested a day off would be nice he'd look at you like you were nuts. Never a Thank You or good job either. Anyhow I could go on and on but I wont Some people make good bosses and lots don't. And a course is not going to help him.

n this job I was a relief person. I assisted clients with personal hygiene including bathing and dressing, cooked and served clients meals, accompanied clients to doctors  and various shopping trips and performed housekeeper duties such as laundry and cleaning.

Terrible management, no employee benefits. They will promise you full days and most days during slow season you only work until 1 if you are lucky. They also let one of the supervisors bully you 

Good reasonable people to work for, but not the best to deal with when it comes to illness, compensation, or kids being ill. They work late all the time and have expectations that you cannot always meet.

they pay you well from the start but that’s about it. the management doesn’t care about you and over time you really stop caring about them too, overall its an alright place just to make some money
