I was hired on as a maintenance worker for the hotel and overall had an amazing experience.
All of my co-workers was super friendly and easy to get along with, the exception was my manager (maintenance) as he was always angry and in generally not in a good mood and those frustrations very often got turned on the staff.

There have been multiple times that he would claim that he had laid out instructions for us on how to do a task but Infact it was just "paint the wall" then he would constantly nitpick everything wrong with what you did without training you on how to do it appropriately.

This is a great place to work as long as you dont interact with the maintenance manager which unfortunately can be inevitable.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I enjoyed setting up rooms, that's about it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The management, being treated poorly, told your not doing enough, not being given a prober schedule and many other things

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Not very mental health or disability friendly, and stressful

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You never know, you could be told one thing then thrown into doing another thing

Throughout the years of working at carriage house i have learned how to give better custormer service and how to treat people with respect even under stressful situtaions.

It's a fun and very happy place to work.Past faced environment but happy to serve our dear customers always with a smile and quality service that they deserved.
