I had an exceptional experience at Carson Medical Clinic. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the friendly and professional receptionist team. They were incredibly organized and made my training process smooth and stress-free. The clinic staff ensured that I felt at ease throughout my training period. The team members, including doctors and nurses were very supportive. Management was flexible and accommodated me. The experience really helped me improved my receptionist and multitasking skills. The most enjoyable part are the lunch get together and birthday celebrations. 



Carson Clinic has been a wonderful clinic to work for. It is a fast paced environment, where the main goal is to provide care for their patients. The clinic has wonderful doctors and nurses as well as front staff. Management is supportive and understanding. I have been working here for approximately 2 years now and have nothing but positive things to say. They have always been caring and accommodating to me. Would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. 

Great experience and excellent setting for a primary care nurse. Nursing team has been exceptional with the training. Collaborative team effort and flexible hours. No weekends which provides a great work /life balance. Management very understanding and accommodating for requests to leave early for personal reasons. Doctors are very nice and it feels like I am part of a big family at work.  

Carson clinic has been an amazing place to work. I have engaged in several learning opportunities to further my knowledge and grow in my career. The collaboration between front staff, nurses, and doctors is excellent. Management is also great as they often check in and provide feedback. I couldn’t ask for a better / more supportive team.

Carson Clinic provides an exceptional working environment. After nearly two years with the clinic, I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. The supportive and friendly coworkers, along with the clinic's positive atmosphere and strong team spirit, make it a truly rewarding place to work.

My experience at the clinic was unmatched. The Doctors and other staff were extremely welcoming and friendly upon my arrival as well as throughout my working experience. The staff did not hesitate to help me whenever I needed assistance and they kindly offered me training, shadowing, and mentoring. I highly recommend working here.

The physician are wonderful and really care about their staff. Management a very accommodating , professional great energy a very positive experience. I highly recommend this work place. The ambiance is friendly and comfortable with all the staff
Every day I enjoy coming to work.

Work/home life is non existent, management is awful,
Underpaid and overworked.
They’ll make a schedule and last minute they’ll change your schedule.. and you can’t leave until all the work is completed.

I worked there for a year. Staff, nurses and doctors are amazing. Management is awful, it's the worst I've ever seen in my 10+ years of working. You are seriously underpaid for what is expected of you.

I worked here for about 4 months and it was a horrible experience. The doctors ( most but not all ) were rude and as a receptionist, we were under appreciated. Very poor management. No benefits and low salary.
