I have been with i-Sight for about 8 months and have to say that I am beyond pleased with my choice of employer. I was looking for a place that I aligned with and wasn't really focused on a specific job title. I wanted to work in an environment where the best idea wins, everyone is valued, and there was a genuine culture of collaboration. I found all of these things for sure, and I've had the opportunity to touch more of the business than I had initially anticipated which has been great.

Workplace culture is awful. Management is beyond incompetent and projects are late before you even get started working on them. BAs and Delivery/Project managers have no idea what they're doing.
Non technical people are in charge of hiring/firing and appraising the work of the devs which makes no sense at all.
Overtime is expected and it goes unpaid. You can take "days in lieu" if you accrue a lot but good luck getting time off approved with the way projects are handled. 
No vision from the CEO. There used to be profit sharing but they got rid of it.

This is NOT a software company, its a sales house. They look at developers as second hand citizens. Managers are severely incompetent, non technical and refuse to work hard. Very high developer attrition rate, constantly being thrown under the bus. Complete disregard for customer information, allowing developers to clone production databases locally. No rules on good code.

This is a company that just reacts to things. They hire non technical people to be the bosses of developers. Management is beyond incompetent and the partners are either too proud to admit they've made mistakes with some of their Delivery Managers or they're just blind. Not sure which is sadder.

Great organization, great leadership. Down to earth CEO and collaborative environment. One of the best managers I’ve ever had. Fun team activities & lots of opportunity for professional growth. 

Great, thorough interview process. Ability to meet several individuals within management as well as discuss with team members to evaluate fit. Great culture; collaborative, open + transparent. Really love working for a company where everyone works towards the same goals and strives to be the best. 

I have been working in I-sight for a year. Basically no managment in I-sight. Team leader and delivery managers are not working at all but pushing devs to work harder and delivery faster. No vision from CEO and CTO. The salary is below average in the market and not much rise annually. You will become a code monkey after working here so I left without regret.

Unfortunately my experience was influenced by the manager I had which wasn't the best. They provided the team with multiple priorities that competed with each other. But it sucks ELT allowed for this for too long which led to team members being stressed and in turn people left.

The company was previously founder led but now VC led which has impacted the culture.

I've worked at i-Sight for several years now and this has been the best job I have had by far. The organization is continually growing with new opportunities for success for its employees. Great customers, great culture, incredibly relevant product and amazing people.

Would highly recommend it! 


Pay here isn't great but the work life balance and people who work here are lovely and great. Its a great place to start a career and get experience to move on
