My main responsibility is to oversee and coordinate all repair operations for both the retail stores and the repair department. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that all repair orders are completed on time, providing repair training to retail staff, helping them achieve their repair sales goals, and handling the majority of customer complaints related to repairs.

I am also responsible for the entire procurement process for repair parts, selecting screen suppliers, and managing warranty issues. I set repair pricing and maintain a balance between repair sales, labor, and costs. At Casemogul, I learned how to grow into a qualified manager and how to truly make a contribution to people in the service industry, realizing the value of my work.

The working environment is quite good. Although it can be intense, most of the employees in my department were hired by me. When recruiting, I prioritize finding people who are easygoing and calm, so I believe everyone generally works happily.

The most challenging part of this job is the high level of pressure and workload. My schedule is almost always fully packed. What I appreciate most about this job is the strong support from the owner. Growing and progressing together with the company has helped me develop significantly.

Poor management and a lack of benefits are significant issues at the company. Products imported from China are marked up substantially to increase profits, and when customers express dissatisfaction with product quality, it's the staff who bear the brunt of their frustration - expect to be subjected to verbal abuse from customers in such situations, with the company offering no protection for their staff. Irregular hours are the norm, with the company scheduling you when it aligns with their interests and leaving you in the dark for months when it doesn't. Employees are only granted a 20-minute break for an 8-hour shift. Additionally, anticipate relentless pressure when sales are low, despite sales being entirely dependent on mall traffic.

I've been with CaseMogul for about 4 years and still working with this company now as a manager. I started off as a sales associate, and then was trained to learn how to do phone repairs and worked my way up to a manager within a year and a half. This company provides many opportunities to grow and develop skills not only in the workplace but in personal life as well. Management can be fairly busy but always finds the time to acknowledge the great work and spends time coaching in order to fully understand and excel in any position. Hours are flexible and pay is good. I would definitely recommend case mogul to anyone, best part of the job is the people you work with. They become family and we all work well as a team in the workplace.

Been working for CaseMogul for almost a year and have grown more as a technician than ever I my 5 year career.  The management and owner of the company are very involved, recognize individual strengths and will go the extra mile to make sure you are successful and happy.  Mobile repair is a challenging industry no doubt and can be stressful at times.  But thanks to great management the result is staff that are pleasant and fun to work with making CaseMogul one of those workplaces where a work day seems to go by quickly.

There was no structured training schedule, and although I submitted daily work summaries, I didn't receive any feedback from the trainer in the training. And they will fire you for your slow training progress. At times, the trainer would simply focus on their own tasks and leave me unattended during my training hours. The most frustrating part is that the training content promised by the owner during recruitment was completely different from what I actually received. In addition, the job description did not match what was stated in the offer letter. To make matters worse, they claimed that a wage of $18 per hour is considered very high in Calgary.

Typical family business without standard policies & rules, very disorganized warehouse and old-school manual procedures on operations. Owner and the mom are very dictative and ignore all constructive feedback. Their compensation is way below market compare with its job descriptions. 

They rely on hard code memory for majority of locations but expect you should pick up the job in a very short period of time. People not showing any empathy at all, high turnover rate demonstrates the company unpleasant culture.

I worked here for my first job. If you work hard, it won’t go unnoticed. I was given the opportunity to learn various different skills through multiple promotions within the company during my time there. I started as a Sales Associate where I learnt the basics of customer service, sales and phone repair skills. Then went on to being an inventory specialist which helped me become better at time management and planning. From there I was promoted to a store manager. The team at CaseMogul truly want to see you succeed so long as you have the drive to match it.

CaseMogul is a great company to work for if you are keen on personal growth and development. During my time at CaseMogul, management has supported me with development of a variety of skills, such as high-impact sales training, technical skills involved with device repair, and problem solving capabilities. In addition to skill development, there are plenty of opportunities to move up as long as you are willing to take on more responsibilities. 

I worked for Case Mogul early on when they only had 2 locations. Over the course of my 2 years there I worked at 4 locations total. The stores these days are much nicer and more organized than before, however management has stayed the same (this is a good thing). Management is very accommodating to scheduling needs and is always open to giving career advice/guidance.

I enjoy working at CaseMogul, it is a great place to learn new skills, meet new people and grow with the company personally and professionally. 

It is a workplace where all personal needs are always heard, expectations are set clear and overall the best when it comes to being flexible.
