Cash Shop

A typical day at work would consist of me meeting over 50 customers a day that require transactions like, sending money overseas through Western Union. 

I have learned to handle numerous amount of customers at a repeated basis and also get a first hand experience at facing very frustrated customers.

Management hasn't changed for a very long time, so the Rules and policies have been very well rooted into the system. Most days it would only be one co-worker and occasionally there would be two. Very easy people to get around and our work depends on a alot of team work,which cant be done without great Communication skills. 

Hardest part of the job is waiting of the dry periods to endbecause in this particular job it is really busy for a span of the day and cools of at some parts of the day. 

Enjoyable part is getting to know the customers on a regular basis and that they appreciate the little things you do for them.

A very accurate place to learn about customer service very maturely because of  face to face dealing with clients. got brief knowledge of paper work, handling clients with peace and major change i saw in myself was of having patience.

Establish accounts in billing systems, quote and compute rates for new services accurately.
Meet established sales goals, records accuracy and work  with multiple computer applications and databases.

Productive and fun work place with plenty of challenges and opportunities for learning. Most enjoyable part of the job is having lots of free time to enhance your knowledge, whereas the hardest part of the job is to deal with tough customers.

The staff is very friendly and so are the owners. It’s really good to see them helping you at every point. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a good job with job security as well as job satisfaction.

It’s really good experience, everyday is different experience.you have find new way to solve customer’s problems, and most existing is you are the responsible for any action which you take for customer 

Employees are not hired and employee hours are not guaranteed as promised. Too much work is assigned to a single employee at all times. Employees are not given day offs or even sick leaves even when requested.

Cash shop job is fairly interesting but needs more care and patient  as employees are always in contact with customers and handling cash  and cheque issues.

excellent staff and a great  manager. people who have worked there tend to build a great rapport with the customer and also make sure customer satisfaction. the enviornment is very friendly as well.
