As a Pit Clerk I interacted with customers, stocked my station, data entry and set up player prestige cards. A typical day I would keep busy with stocking my pit area, checking with pit manager to see if there's any supplies they may need, setting up player prestige accounts along with cards for our customers. My co-workers were very nice and polite. we often on the midnight shift would help each other out with either data entry, stocking our areas and setting up player prestige accounts and cards. The hardest part of this job is that sometimes on a busy weekend night we would receive a lot of customers who wants a player prestige card as well as setting up markers for each customer who spends so much money from their casino account. The most enjoyable part of this job is the interaction with some customers and there is always something new that I can learn.

A day at work should be fine at Casino Windsor. As a dealer the job is easy and enjoyable. It is only the people that manages the place that makes it so hard. A lot of people they abuse their powers as managers (e.g. shift managers and director). Because of these, their subordinates get the heat always and they pass it to the rest of the people. If the management's attitude will be corrected, working in that place should be enjoyable and fun. With my experience in that place, it is so hurtful and so painful. I hope the management will take out the real people that hurts workers the most in that department so it will be enjoyable for the rest of the group and if they will be taken out, maybe I will consider coming back in that place.

Trained on the operations of the Casino business. Became familiar with all aspects of Slot Operations. Worked closely with the customers to make them more comfortable with the Gaming Industry. The introduction of this new business created many concerns with how to handle concerns and to create consistency in the operation. Quickly became comfortable in making decisions using logic and concern for client acceptance of those decisions. The only thing constant in the industry was change so flexibility was the most important part in the daily operation.

I felt that it was overall a terrible experience. Horrible hours and unreasonable demands of the management along with some very threatening patrons made it a nightmare to work there. Good pay and a great staff of fellow employees kept it bearable for a while. After a couple of years I would cringe every day at the thought of going to work. As life would happen, I fell and broke my back outside of the job and was finally able to just quit. I would not recommend working there.

very fun to work,i see within  my shift about 10k customers a day was very nice working.. also i learn how to communicate with customer,with employee,employer with staff .again casino is entertainment industry we see people coming from different kind place

Casino Windsor offers an incentive payment package.  The environment is very gossipy and most people do not work well together.  Of coarse this was several years back, so things could have drastically changed.

Casino has no care for family or individual life outside of work. Large company with opportunities and pays above average. Ever since Caesars took over, they are trying to get people to do the work of 2-3 people.

count cash, coin, token and balance at the end of the shift. The coworkers were friendly and bonds were formed with many. The least enjoyable part was the shift that I was working.  Most enjoyable was the speed and accuracy you had to maintain to complete the job.
