When starting it seems like it’s a smart place to work for a student but when working full time there’s nothing to do and management always wants you doing Something even when there’s absolutely nothing to do. 

You get introuble for stupid things and will lose almost all shift if you mess up one thing. To much turn over in staff and management, rules are not clear and different from manager to manager, managers are not easy to find when they are needed, when asked to be cross trained it will  either take months or not happen at all. Management doesn’t believe you when they are trying to understand a situation and they will tell you that the information you are giving them is not true even when you know what you are saying is true. The management team dose not care if there staff is treated poorly by guest. 

Some staff are nice and willing to help you where as others are not willing to help. Do not recommend for someone who wants to spend any time with there family you will next to never see them. Not recommended for high school students.

The staff there were great and we had a lot of fun and there were very few rules for staff but there was limited support from management. Over the 4 years I worked there I only ever got pay changes when either minimum wage went up or I changed roles. In the role I was in I was expected to carry out all tasks involving the gokarts such as training staff, maintaining track and karts, and even training managers. In many instances the management was no help during customer issues and would just stand behind me while I handled situations some even being hostile to the point I had to call police while my manager stood there and did nothing because they had no training on what to do. 

Through my job there I lost much self confidence as the managers constantly pushed you down. In there eyes you were never good enough. 

You will be fired for absolutely anything weather it is just cause or not.  Also if you quit, they will relieve you right away instead of your 2 weeks. They flip staff around alot. 

The managers are obbsessed with being in power. As if they are the Presidents of the USA, it is absolutely ridiculous.

Always smiling when you are greeted by a employee or manager. I learned to keep calm in various situations when dealing with guests. Opening and closing shift taught me what needs to be done in order for a building to prepare for service. Hardest part of the job was not wanting to talk to every person that showed a positive hyperactive attitude. Remaining in a work place mode and being able to stay focused on the task at hand was definitely challenging.

The management at Castle Fun Park was amazing. Always uplifting and would help you with anything whenever they had time. Everyone I worked with always had a smile on their face and made the workplace all the better. The staff were great and fun to work with, and shifts were properly staffed with enough workers to give everybody a stress-free work environment. I am very glad I had the opportunity to work there, and I’d recommend it to anyone who is thinking about applying.

This is the best place I have ever worked, management truly cares for you especially steve. If you need a first job this is the place to go! Above min wage starting, great training, staff discounts (50% off food, free play cards each month, free drinks/popcorn).
They take issues seriously and will always support you if you need lt. The general manger is amazing as well. Met the owners a few times and always friendly and kind. 

Best place to work as a teenager hands down 

- The staff here is amazing!
- Manager is nice but she does chose favourites and is bad at emailing you back if you request days off
- Fun place to work for if you are an outgoing person, if you are shy I wouldn’t recommend unless you are okay with being told to smile more and act more outgoing
- Do not apply if you are looking for full time, you will be promised in the beginning but over time hours will drop because of too many hires

Management coddled customers and would never take your side even if you're right and made you look incompetent and stupid. They went through so many employees and managers because they just couldn't help either hiring terrible people or firing people cuz of stupid reasons. Although, the people I worked with were amazing and supportive, especially the supervisor.

I had lots of fun working at this place especially because it was the first time I worked in a environment like CFP. It was a great experience and I learned a lot of new skills to better serve the customers and how to deal with difficult situations.

You work with many great staff in a friendly environment
You gain great skills such as leadership and dependability
As long as you work hard with a great attitude, you are bound for success.
