I currently work at Catalent. One thing I have learned is there will be bad days at any job but it is the people around you that will give you the momentum to succeed.
There so many things that can be talked on in a review about a company but I want to focus and take the time to talk about the people atmosphere. 
I do recommend beginning a career at Catalent. Once you get to know managers and your fellow employees you find yourself in a great support system.
Once you get to know people they open up why it so great to work here and it gives you inspirations to meet your own expectations.  
Catalent right now is offering free linkedin learning courses, I have been apart of this learning system and it a great opportunity to learn a new subject or update yourself on different areas that you work in.
Lastly if you do start a job here please do not hesitate to get to know your HR department!! It not what I thought it was when I was in school and looking for a job. I was nervous about getting to know some of the HR staff but I had nothing to worry about everyone in HR is like a support system, they are friendly and incredibly helpful.
If you need just one reason to apply think about opportunities to improve and grow and you will find a place in the company that works for you. 
I know there is a lot you expect from a job but it does not hurt to come in and apply for job at Catalent and just hear out what is available and what you can provide to this working environment.

Title says all. There’s no different levels to distinguish QC analysts based on performance or experience. In results, experienced analysts don’t get the proper respect, and not enough compensation for hard work. It’s always the ones who are either out of lab practice for years or have no lab experience to meddle the lab affairs. The company’s all inclusive culture takes political correctness to the extreme, which fosters inaction, irresponsibility and slacking off in a serious pharma GMP workplace. it’s good for starters and retirees since the pay and benefit are better than many other large pharma/medical device companies, however, it’s bad for hard working individuals to gain root and advancement since there’s no level system in QC. You work hard and careful (double or triple workload), you have experience (able to solve all sort of lab issues), you get paid insignificantly different from someone who searches for houses, goes out for exercise, snacks for half of the day. 

Work load is not distributed fairly among employees, some employees are treated fairly and others are treated unfairly, a very stressful environment where no knows what is going on, supervisors are mean to employees and verbally abusive, very low pay for the amount of work that is expected, worst HR department that I have ever witnessed, you only hear from them when there is a problem and they are looking for the weakest link to blame, very high turn over rate due to lack of respect and diversity, started with 6 people in orientation and we are all not hired yet after 6 months of doing jobs that no one wants to do from the company workers, temporary workers are disposable and company workers do not want to work.
Washrooms are dirty, the cafeteria is crowded with 3 microwaves for hundreds of employees, the place is full of insects ants and spiders are everywhere, company workers hate their job and just want to leave this place, If you are looking for a good place stay away from Catalent at least the branch in Windsor

Expect 12 hour miserable shifts with several seniority workers who think they know it all even though they don’t. Instructions are not followed by most people who have been there for years, but the same people will criticize you for making one mistake. People who have been there for years can basically do whatever they want, but as a new hardworking temp any small mistake and they are on you. You can expect working here for 8 months and they still won’t even think about hiring you on full time. My suggestion is if this your only option stick with it until you find a place that actually cares about its workers and will actually give benefits, so much for patient first…. Please what a joke of a company, they will even fake rehearse their audits so they don’t get dinged by government agencies. 

Culture and environment of this company is very toxic. Horrible supervisors. The company says they are "Patient First", but production dept willing to cut all types of corners to get product out the door.  High stress environment and poor pay. Company does not value employees,  revolving door.HR dept protects all supervisors and so there are no repercussions for management's poor and abusive  behaviour. HR dept as a whole is not invested in resolving or helping any employee who goes to them with a legitimate concern about management.  Culture of the company is profit first, not patient first. This company does not invest in people nor do they care about their employees period. If you would like to know what it's like to be miserable for 12 hours a day give it a try, otherwise recommend you don't waste your time.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I loved the fact that you could be doing something different throughout your shift depending on the needs of the company for the day. Or you could know that you will be doing your assigned job for the next couple of days.  I liked the versatility of the job

I did not find any part of my job stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Everyone I worked with were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I'm not sure I can say what a typical day is like. I loved the diversity of the job.

As a temporary worker, I worked at Catalent for 4 months, The supervisors will let the temp workers do the hardest jobs while the company workers simply do almost nothing. Temporary workers will do the jobs no one wants to do until the company is not busy and they let you go. Midnight shifts are the worst a couple of bullies will bully new workers, No training provided, new workers will be shown once or twice how to do stuff and then good luck, they will come back to you for the simplest issues or mistakes as if it is the end of the world.
Do not expect to get any overtime as a temp because all the overtime will be given to company workers.

It's the norm to see at least one person crying a day from stress.  There is not enough people to ensure a high level of quality and safety. Nobody knows what is going on because it's a revolving door.  The only time you hear from management is when they are looking to cast blame for their mistakes,  rather than working on solutions.  The pay is terrible for the amount of work and abuse an employee has to deal with.   The company would rather it's employees keep quit than voicing concerns of any kind. 

I wouldn't recommend this company, if you value ethics and your reputation

What is the best part of working at the company?
Leaving at the end of the day. Top down management style is horrible. Work life balance is a joke to this company. It puts on a lovely and caring face to the public but refuses to show a drop of empathy to employees.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Watching the constant mistreatment of others. Seeing upper management dump on middle management who dump on supervisors, who then dump on production workers. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, misleading and manipulative.

What is the best part of working at the company?
End of shift. Days off so you dont have to be a fricken slave He-man! Weight lift expectations are ridiculous! 42 trays stacked high! Great for short people! Better have arms of steel.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Driving there then arriving. Emotional Abuse by management.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Like you were working all by yourself in a sensory deprivation tank.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long days with the 'chosen' ones getting the prime jobs everytime.
