There is history and ongoing behavior that raises concerns from Caterpillar local office. What brought my attention to this matter is that they used the exact same sequence of actions towards the more than three people who left the office (Contract/Permanent). You will find a persistent pattern of mistreatment that causes either physical or emotional harm. For example, they will attempt to lower someone's rank, or make the person not look as good, or tear someone down completely. Exercising your power and influence over someone who have little or none will not make you look strong. Keep in mind that leadership is a privilege. When you're in a leadership role, your influence may affect the trajectories of people's entire careers and, often, their lives!. 

a typical day at work was good, it started out with a team meeting in the morning and then we went to our respective areas to work.  i learned that teamwork and safety is an invaluable asset to any job, regardless of where it might be.  In my own personal opinion Management left quite a bit to be desired, they changed policies frequently and without notice (that seemed like every 2 weeks), there were times that it felt like there was no room for advancement opportunities; it honestly felt like supervisors as well as management didn't really pay any attention to how well employees did their jobs or how well/hard they worked.  The hardest part of the job itself was making sure every part got to their assigned areas in the right amount of time.  The most enjoyable part of the job, was my team; i loved working with them, we had excellent camaraderie, we all helped each other no matter what the task was.

My main responsibility is to provide the newest technology in order to help our machines work with more capacity and capability. I increase dealer awareness of our systems AccuGrade and Product Link. The first is a special piece of equipment which mounts on machines: it’s a radio in the cab, two GPS/Glonass receivers on the edge of the front blade, a colored monitor in the cab, cables and a remote base station. The AccuGrade system is intended for very precise accuracy when leveling the earth or gravel. The machine and the base station receive the signal from Glonass satellites, calculate the position and send the data via a wireless network to the computer in the cab. The operator can manipulate the blade with millimeters accuracy. The second piece of equipment, Product Link, is a remote control system for monitoring the condition and position of the machines and combine two technology the GPS and the telematics.

Strong verbal communication skills are important for everyone to master. They are extremely valuable in both your personal and professional life. When speaking clearly, confidently, and with poise, you are much more likely to command the respect of others and build rapport. This is particularly important in business interactions. Current management/ territory sales managers could work on their communication skills. They don’t think about the perspective of their audience. Improve your verbal communication skills, whether in person or over the phone so that you can better connect with your audience, earn respect, and build the relationships necessary for successful business interactions.

•	Develop business object reports from Bex Query as a source system.
•	Diagnose, investigate. Analyze and resolve issues regarding application and end user support.
•	Transferring data from legacy system to R/3 and extract it to BW side.
•	Implementing several SAP modules in TBM division.
•	Performance turning on ETL and reporting side. Creating dashboard reports using Xcelsius.
•	Used several elicitation techniques to gather business requirements.
•	Involved in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on the development.
•	Involved in end user training and documentation.
•	Attend meetings with senior data architects and provide input for data model and analysis design.
•	Excellent understanding of several SAP ERP, data warehousing and reporting modules such as BI, BOBJ, MM, PP, SD, CRM,SCM, Crystal reports, Xcelsius

Gossip is everywhere, and it’s inescapable. Just ask any of your employees at your Canadian office in Burlington. They know exactly what I’m talking about. Do you feel the urge to gossip about others behind their back in order to make yourself look like the joker in the group or to make yourself a little more interesting? 



It might seem like a temptingly good idea at the time, Before you pass along one more morsel of information, stop and think about what you're doing. Then make a pact with yourself to stop talking about others behind their back for good. People are going around saying that a company of your size is trouble and have group individuals that very hard to deal with. Don’t Let Your Employees Be Toxic. 

Pay is terrible. You start at a below average rate, and they promise there is room for growth. There is never any proper raise or growth in the company. They eventually run you into the ground, while you stay late and do extra work.  The managers think they are better than the rest of the employees and treat them like garbage. You never get a raise; you never move up in the company. If you are trying to be a good employee and stay late or take on that extra workload, they will take full advantage of you and then come to expect it. Stay away from this company.


FROM WORD OF MOUTH: If you like being in high school all over again, then Cat Financial is for you. Management plays favorites, does not promote within, and has some of the poorest decision making "skills" I have ever witnessed. Typical day at work is very very routine so if you like boring cubicle office culture then look no further. The hardest part of the job is dealing with every terrible manager there, which is every single one of them. The most enjoyable part of the job is leaving and hopefully never coming back.

My day started at 05H00 in the morning to catch the previous shift for information to be carried over to the next shifts, I spent 40% of my time between employees. This a very effective way for encouraging performance and best practice. My co-workers attitude towards commitment to succes is the most enjoyable, the hardest part is when people you rely on do not participate in full.

There is no job in the world where you will learn so much about electrical engineering.  You are required to design a whole TBM from the ground up in terms of electronics.

This includes Substations Tendering, BOM preparation, AutoCAD design, Power Distributions, VFDs, PLCs and HMI.

Work here for several years in the Electrical Department, and you'll know more in the field than most 20 year Professional Electrical Engineers.
