The training is difficult so make sure you pay attention. You are not a regular cashier; you are a finance cashier which is totally different. There is a way to handle money, chips etc...

If you can get through the 1st month you'll be okay. However there is seniority so you will malty likely be working grave shifts as soon as your training is over. 

If your a student, and can provide your timetable, they will never schedule you on days where you have class which is a great thing.

You get tips and don’t have to share with anyone unless you want to. Overall not a bad job, but it can be stressful for the first couple of months. Lots of rules to learn lots of applications.

A typical day as a janitor was helping customers around the casino and making sure the gaming floor was clean,  also make sure all of the enters were safe and clean ..On different days I may be a washroom cleaner, sometimes the janitors would be in groups to clean ballrooms or colosseum .
For the last two years I have been a valet driver were I drove different cars and helped customers with baggage and direction to the casino or hotel also answer questions that they would have.  The most enjoyable part of my job was everything  because I would meet different people everyday.

A typical day at work is fast peace, I learn many different things about customer service, learnt to prioritize, and deliver service in a quick order and in a very professional manner.
The hardest part of the job was, that we were usually short staff and it was very difficult to met the dateline for delivering service. The most enjoyable part of the job was that we had free dinner milk and beverages, discounts, day trips were excellent great prices or discounts, transportation to the site of the event. Great Christmas gifts.

Thorough training and for the most part, a positive work environment. Coworkers are like family.
When it gets busy, we're really busy and it can be a little overwhelming at times, but far from unmanageable.  24/7 operations can make it difficult to plan anything in life, especially if you work part-time. 
Fantastic benefits and the company is committed to doing outreach in the community which I think is important as well.

Run that's all i can say. Management has no integrity and food and beverage need training on how to look forward on upcoming events to schedule properly. They believe discipline first ask questions later even our court system looks at extenuating circumstances. The CEO has no respect for the staff.The company in a whole only regards its staff as a number and couldn't care less about their families.

Lack of support, uneducated and inexperienced director who displayed micromanagement, favoritism, encouraged additional working hours that they would not pay out and an overall lack of industry knowledge to lead a team.  Director promoted an anti-union mindset and would try to do things that would go against the collective agreement.  Pay was well below industry standard.  

I enjoy my job and the people I work with very much! However, I'm still not back full-time since the pandemic started. I can only hope that the company will get me back to at least 3 days/week. I hope they will value my loyalty of 28 years, and try harder to keep me employed. For anyone considering employment here,  it is a great place to work!

you see a lot of the same patrons which is sad because they have a gambling addiction. It gets busy during the later after and night as the bar crowd come in drunk.  It's a good gig with the benefits but with every big company the staff drama is there and so is the low morale.

Entertainment place that you learn team work well organize .safe place.Best managment ,well trainning .firndly staff and managment .fun place instead of job i enjoyed the event and entertainment they had every wekend .
