I was hired as store director with a set schedule, due to certain circumstances out of our control I am now Store director and salesperson. My original schedule has not been my current schedule. I feel like the higher ups could do more to help my situation but because I have not made it an issue they continue to let things carry on as they are. When it comes to compensation if my task were as when I was hired its a decent pay grade, but with the responsibility and task that I have now I for sure should be better compensated. Like any other company there are always highs and lows, hopefully we can come to common ground and figure out something that works for both parties.

A typical Work day: Never the same! There is a structure that we follow but the outcomes are always different. We are always brainstorming solutions and finding ways to improve and progress.

What I learned: Management strategies.

Management: Management has a clear objective and will always make sure we stay focused on the end goal. They are always available.

Workplace Culture: We are running a big machine is a family style management. 

The hardest part of the job: No down time. We are always at 100%. It is one of the reasons the job is fun. 

The most enjoyable part of the job: The team!! We have an amazing team with different ideas, different backgrounds and different experiences. You feel that you are a part of something all the time.

I've been working at cellcom communications since 2011. Started from the bottom as a sales rep, to a Team Lead, to Store Manager and now I'm a business development manager. 
if you are a dedicated person, you will find great opportunities to learn how to sell, to grow, and to make money while having fun. You can make a career in this company.
The management team is awesome. Very flexible. Sales commissions is one of the best in the industry.
Once you work here, you understand that you won't find this environment anywhere else.




This company will drain you whether you are working in management or as a sales representative. EXTREMELY pushy sales tactics that are borderline fraudulent. If you can meet the unrealistic targets, you will make great money, but if you genuinely want to help customers instead of scamming them, you will not be paid well enough. Lack of communication, no work/life balance, barely any support from management & lack of job security are big issues with this company. The only benefits I can mention are lucrative incentives, a nice commission structure & if you can handle it you will gain tons of experience that you wouldn't expect from a retail position. 

Potential earnings are very good but only a few employees in the company will reach the targets needed to be compensated properly. Unrealistic targets which means more stress and if you don’t highly exceed your already high target you will earn much less than they say you can. Very slow traffic so it can be very very boring. Old school sales tactics are used to take what you can from your customers. Dollar store quality accessories sold at higher prices than anywhere else. Some good coworkers. Bad communication within the company. There are some managers in the company who are amazing to work for and others that will make you want to quit everyday.  

Depending on the location, targets can be high. But they are based on YoY growth, and not made up or unobtainable.

There's a lot of vertical career growth of you're looking to advance yourself, with a preference on internal promotions over external hires. If you're not looking to grow, but would like a long term job with no cap on what you can earn, it's a great choice.

It is a sales job, and numbers matter. If you're looking for something laid back and always easy going, this might not be for you. If you're looking for a challenging but rewarding environment, look no further.


Great company with a very good sales commission structure.  Focused on profitability and sharing a big percentage of the profit to the reps via commissions and sales bonuses.  Retail environment is fast paced with multiple focuses but rewarding once targets are met.
Perfect for top representatives looking for good money and people looking for management roles.
This company is always looking for new ways to succeed and being part of it is very rewarding.

Really good company with a good team and great bosses. It’s well managed and has great benefits. You see lots of clients and it’s great way to gain experience. Clients are hard to deal with but just a bit of patience and good sale skills the salary will blossom and you can become a great salesman just in a few months! The opportunity to move up in the company is also great. Only thing is this is a big business you have to work hard and succeed, if you do they cut you some slack and you’ll have lots of liberty!
