A typical work day at Cellicon would be filing, assisting possible clients and potential employees, scanning documents, answering inquires, receiving and responding to phone calls and email. I learned how to use new  software such as Point of Sales. The workplace culture is very diverse, as we have a clientele with different ethnicity and religions. A challenging part of my job is to keep unhappy customers calm and resolving conflict. The most most enjoyable part of my job is the friendly staff and positive energy.

Management is easy going, on call jobs. Hardest part of the job is to sit through the entire day in slow mall hours. Every customer that walks in has to be taken care of. Service and patience is key in such environments. Also need to be on toes for cleaning dirt/ fingerprints and maintaining a nice store/kiosk display. Handling stock, receiving orders are other necessary roles.

A typical day would be interacting with customers and meeting new people everyday and making sale to the customers. Most enjoyable part of the job was to meet new customers from different cultures and learning something new every time.

I was treated very well and the Manager was very kind and also was easy to get along with so I have no complaints while I worked there also the other Employees were kind and an please to work with.

overall was the good experience to work at a place like this at entry stage to gain a good experience in sales and customer service. Organizing work skills and a lot of working experience.

I love the atmosphere in cellicon as I was getting a lot chance to interact with people and the management that I was having is really awesome. I have gained the knowledge of cellphone repair and customer service from this place.

Will not offer enough hours per shift. Salary will forever remain the same. Shifts change and emergency calls to fill up shifts. Management is not friendly or generous.

it is a place where you can work with fun, there is no workload from the owner. even the other working guys are supportive. new get tired while working there.

It was cool place to work at with no pressure from the boss. I had fixed timings. With Extra hours during summer vacations. Sometimes we had are meals paid as well
