There was barely any training at the beginning, I earned most of the job by myself. My manager seemed to like me at first but it changed fast when she realized that I was quite proficient on my own and that most of our customers like to deal with me more than to deal with her.
I was promised advancement and more responsibilities but it didn't happened.
My manager brought a lot of personal issues at the office which made for a very unhealthy atmosphere. A lot of managers are bullies.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Assessed needs and gave suggestions regarding suitable services/products .  Developed excellent organizational and time management skills 

Processed cash/credit/debit transactions accurately .
Answered customer inquiries, both in person and over the telephone 
I enjoyed dealing with customers and providing them what they needed.

Loading and unloading merchandise. 
Provided assistance to the sales administration department on a daily basis to ensure the day-to-day operations ran smoothly.
Labelled and boxed shipments of frames and cases.
Mailed promotional materials to clients.
Organized invoices and statements for customers of the company.

To laid back. Managers cursing at each other as well as the team members. Very negative place. If you ask the manager not to speak to you disrespectfully, he will never speak to you again. Very childish environment

Fast paced environment.
Every day was a new adventure.
Always learning new product on a daily basis.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the people, a very diverse group of people.
A great team of hard working dedicated employees.

Staff is great and welcoming. The job was quite simple and I was able to catch on quickly. They make sure you are trained enough to do the job. It was not a stressful environment to work in. There was healthy communication between the staff. 

I enjoyed and actually looked forward to working at Centennial. Coworkers were super friendly and management is amazing. Very welcoming environment. Definitely a positive experience!

this place could use a lot of work. employees are taken advantage of by maagnement on the regular without raises or yearly bonuses. little to no internal job postings. you need to come to indeed to see the job postings.

As a customer service you have to do same thing everyday that it becomes boring. the team work is weak, but on the other hand the management is great and very understanding
