Quebec City has invested 400$ million these past year to built one of the nicest arena in North America. I was very fortunate to be part of  of the staff for all restaurants bars of this coliseum for this year.  I have climbed up the ladder in this work environment at a fast passed, I quickly became in the top sellers and would help build up the new workers. One huge restriction is that the workplace is protected by the "Sindicate", which is a corporation who protects workers no matter if they are good at the job or not. I am stopped quite often by this corporation due to their rules for the protection of the employees. I am younger than the average workers by 8-10 years and have already placed a good reputation of being a fast paced efficient salesman. The hardest part of my job is not being able to work at my best potential due to the fact that I am often slowed down by errors of co-workers that I need to take care of. I have had couple nights where I had to manage the bar and organize the multiple groups and count up the money at the end of the shift. The most enjoyable part of my job is being able to sale to people and communicate with new guests everyday. I really enjoy using various techniques to sale food and alcohol, to me selling is a passion and there is always a better way to approach a client to get them to buy your products.
