Management is very rude and mean.... 

If u can what it takes to work here which is taking s**t then definately the place for you to work...

Very toxic from the owners through management. The owners treat the restaurant as if it was their own personal kitchen with the staff treated as personal servants. As a manager the emails that are sent to you are bcc’d to other managers that have nothing to do with your position. There is no training for management. When you ask for help you are told “not my job, figure it out.”  These are only a few of the reasons I left CPrime

Not many guests. Shifts cancelled or changed last minute, sometimes not finding out until you show up. They asked too much of employees while management typically sits down watching employees work. Management is not very experienced. A lot of drama and chaos. Terrible workplace culture. Many lies and broken promises. It is also full of mice. 

Employed as a Bellman/Doorman

Love working here for the teamwork and environment that makes it seem like everybody is part of a family. Each department is polite and positive to each other and shares a common friendship while working to provide the best experiences to our guests!

Horrible place to work. Don't waste your time and potential. Stay away from this place unless absolutely desperate. The whole place passed it's "glory days" about five years ago and just waiting to be sold off.


I found the work environment a little toxic. In my time at CPrime I found it to be chaotic and sometime toxic I just wanted to make  a living but the stress and lack of positive vibes is not a great environment for me personally maybe someone else but not me

Probably one of the worst jobs I've ever had. There is no proper training to strengthen each person's skills. Poor and dishonest communication from the management team about the goals they want to achieve. I felt very undervalued here.

Worked there for some time, good money, fine dining service. My manager was nice and provided me with training program. I had some good time but needed to move to another city.

It’s a good company to work. The owners treat the employees as family. Then everybody has a opportunity to grow up and the guests are always satisfied with the service

Hotel is situated in very good location. Staff - very friendly. The most enjoyable part of the job is working alongside my colleagues.
