invest in people rather than ignore them

nice place to represent.  good people, good values, good Management.  Fast paced, good culture, fun environment.  enjoyed my time there, but unfortunately was sold to another company so my employment with them ended.

all employees area Asian and cant speak English.
supervisors are brown and treat employees like dirt..
no money to be made..
labor laws don't apply there. you are better off panhandle than to work there

Cericola provides a great large company work environment with a family business feeling. Some really good managers that take care of their teams. Always a good feeling walking into work.

Good atmosphere and very welcoming staff and managers to with. Easy to adapt. Managers and supervisors offer the needed support to new staff for them to adapt quickly.

management is very understanding of time off requests and appointments.
Great team dynamics

The job is ok. Sometimes there are days where the company doesn't care about their workers but there a fun days. Holiday they have a big christmas party with lots of food and music.
