A typical day at Chairmans Mill involves a fast-paced environment with lots of activity. The management team is always on the move, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. As an employee, I learned how to work efficiently and effectively in such an environment. The workplace culture is one of collaboration and teamwork. Everyone works together to achieve common goals.

The hardest part of the job is dealing with the physical demands of the work. It can be tiring and exhausting, but it's also rewarding when you see the results of your hard work. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with such a great team. We all support each other and celebrate our successes together.

check the printer for order of the day and prepare the order for customer to pick up and delivery,
 I learned to be cautious by making my order right and ready before the desired delivery time or pick up,.
the management check every details of the orders and see to it that everything is fine before reaching to the customer,.
everyone of us in the work place has its own designated job assignment but we also help each other if needed,.
hardest jobs is when working outside environment and it has snow storm,.
everything I do, I enjoy it, I love doing my job that is why I enjoy it,.

The people there are nice and the salary is good. If you don't mind waking up earlier, being on your feet most of the time, and doing things that are repetitive, working there will be a very rewarding experience. Your amount of work is based on whether or not you e-mail your supervisor to ask for work.

The front line team is committed to upholding a tradition of excellence.  However, senior management is out of touch with the needs and pulse of the workforce.  Before you consider this as your next career choice - dig a little deeper and ask around. 

Unpredictable work load and starting hours.Unsafe loading and unloading  in downtown areas. Lacking communications from upper management to inform employees and proper training.

The good and bad at the same time it's not good to work because everyone knows about your personify and your whole lifestyle story and then talk behind your back , someone will hit or swear at a person no manners

I worked there almost over a year. I can tell you first hand the whole work environment is toxic from management to jelous coworkers who lack a proper education. Its sad that as a very productive worker unfortunately my supervisor had favorites. 

Stay far away from this company if you have an opinion you won't last ..they give start times on Saturdays every one is there trying to find your stuff and they expect you to meet the times they set for delivery STAY FAR AWAY

theres nothing i can say  but dont waste your time they curry favour  and  are very unclear with wat they want you to do management sucks thecoworkers all a have a problem

They were opposed to trying new things, better ways of doing things. Very  oppressive atmosphere. No organization in the warehouse. dirty work area. d
