What is the best part of working at the company?
i can be able to help and share my skill . that both sides will appreciate what theyr workers are doing too. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
i dont call call it stresasfull . i consider the challenges working in a company. Is if they dont compensate theyr worker  being a part of their company whos helping them evryday to grow and make them succesfull .

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment when evryone respect each other and have a team work. Company with MPP and unionized and full benefits for their workers. who knows to compensate workers . And they let them grow in theyr ability  and also salary.

Child care is a part time career for me, as I have other commitments at the same tie. A typical day/night for me is to play with he kids, create some fun learning activities, occasionally outings (driving), trips to the park, riding bikes etc. Atlas one meal made for them, but could be more than one depending on the day. Bed time routines (baths, teeth brushing, reading stories). After the kids have gone to sleep I tidy up their toys and whatever other mess was made, I clean all dishes from that day and any from previous tines, laundry if need and sweep/mop if needed. I love playing with the kids, seeing how the simplest of things are them so happy! Its what makes the job the best!

I really enjoyed working in a family environment, I learned alot of child care and what is important, like physical activities, having a bedtime schedule, eating healthy, learning to draw, count, follow the rules to keep the children safe. I was very satisfied with this job however it wasn't very good pay.

,I provided youths with broken homes a personalized learning experience that was tailored to meet their short-term and long-term educational goals. Through a number of engaging activities, I generated hope, opportunities and the tools to be successful in spite of their circumstances. By showing empathy, interest and building a positive rapport with adolescents, I was able to understand their strengths and weaknesses, and offer the appropriate supports and resources.

I'm responsible for ensuring the kids are at their utter best at all times. This includes: eating responsibly - healthy meals (which requires me to cook their dinner/prepare their snacks), an educational atmosphere, keeping them active, cleansing them on a regular basis and putting them to bed at an appropriate time. 
By treating these children as if they were my own, I am not only learning for myself but helping them grow as well.

Bathe, dress and feed infants and toddlers
	•	Change diapers and provide toilet training
	•	Prepare food recipe and meals for children in line with client’s directions
	•	Take complete responsibility of children in the absence of parents including transportation
	•	Helped parents with meal preparation, laundry, washing dishes, running everyday jobs and other scheduled duties

Easy to do. Some parents are easy to deal with, some are not. Some people are entitled, and others are not. Cleaning, helping with homework or otherwise, preparing meals/drinks, is easy to do. Especially, when you get to know the child/children better.

I dealt with children from 1.5 yrs  old to 12 yrs old which has both ups and downs. It taught me to never under estimate a child's capabilities and taught me to multitask like I never thought humanly possible.

It was an okay place to work. The stuff wasn’t the best. And didn’t get proper training to make sure I did my job properly,  was my second rehire and had a days training and sent me to do the rooms on my own.

I learned how to prepare meals better, take care of others, provide care and comfort for others around me. The hardest part about my job was keeping everything clean after the child, but I'm a very good multi-tasker and fast pace worker and can manage any challenge.
