I look after all reservations either by replying to emails or phone inquires. I do all invoicing and charging of all reservations. I interact with the housekeepers telling what are the arrivals and departures of the day. As well as interating with other members of the management and maintenance team. I look after our email data base and create all out special offers and monthly newletter. I am very busy and enjoy my day.

The owners truly care about each employee. They make each of us feel vital to the organization. The co-workers are always willing to help and will take time out of their day to dedicate to helping you if needed. 





I have fairly basic English and this company gave me a housekeeping job the next day.  For me, it's an easy job, friendly guests, tips, and a great boss and great staff.  A lot of good bonuses and gifts from the boss, a friendly atmosphere at work, as well as the opportunity to work without knowledge of English (but you learn in the process of work)

If you need employment and are willing to work hard then this is the place to work. As an employee there you will pick up new skills that you can take to your next place of employment if needed.

Working days are not monotonous, as tasks can be different. At first it may be difficult to get used to working on your feet, walking on the stairs, but the interior of the hotel is beautiful and you quickly forget about tired legs. :) The staff and supervisors are friendly. Bonuses and tips are not uncommon.

I've been working there for a little less than a year and I really like this job, great team, great bonuses and incentives and just a wonderful boss who always cares, gives presents and is always happy to help.
