If you play the politics of the management then that's the place for you even if you don't have the qualification and experience, in other words, be the "Yes Man" to the management at all times and be ready to overwork.

Director's are very cold and worse management ever seen. Hardworking employees are being overworked and no respect from management or work life balance. If you are not the director's favourite, be prepared to be fired instantly, it happens so often and high turnover. Expect to do 3 person's job. Disrespectful management, poor leadership, worse place ever worked. they need your expertise but treat you as an outsider not as a team player

For all of the negative reviews I have actually had a overall great experience so far working at Ashcroft, they have given opportunity to people who work hard and deserve it, guidance from great mentors who always pickup the phone and answer questions. It’s like any job you get out of it what you put in. Management gives a lot of encouragement. You do and are expected to work very hard, so maybe if that’s not what you are looking for it’s not the place for you. 

This company is a joke. Their management is a joke and especially their HR manager, who isn't even an HR manager, she was an office manager at student housing before. They do not listen or care about their employees. They will steal your soul if you let them. Also they steal from good, hard working people. Just read the paper. Turn around right now and run away. 

it may be a good place for begining level to learn. There are a lot work / jobs for individuals. However, the company didn't respect talent or experienced employee.  No culture is the culture. Working environment is always depend on each individual, not management. no appreciation, no encouragement, no team work and no respection.

Since new management within the last year, reStays has risen to the top in associate culture, inclusivity, and training. 
Being a luxury property, the associates are expected to be professional and efficient, so if that is what you are about, you will definitely succeed! 

Poor management. Training when you start with the company is inadequate and no clear employer/ employee direction on how to be successful  in your position.
I could not trust anybody in the company and I would not recommend this employer to my friends.

Manager turnover is extremely high (most department managers stay for a few months at most at the Orleans location). Lack of training, high workload from day one, poor pay and communication from upper management. 

Worst place I’ve ever worked. 

Lots of sneaky characters here. Senior management would stab you in the back to help make themselves look good for the owner.  Try to pretend they are building a culture but really are just trying to get ahead themselves.

Upper management are a sad group of individuals. Unqualified, disorganized, careless, and highly toxic know nothings. Unless they sell or replace people at the top, I suggest you run, and fast. Not worth the stress and headaches 

Definite hierarchy....not female friendly
advancement to the smokers who hung with smoking management when outside smoking
Would never buy an Ashcroft home
