The most enjoyable part of the job is the change of Productions or projects every 6-10 months. The variety and scope of work changes with each different project/television production which keeps the job feeling fresh and new again.

A typical day consists of discussing with my Production teams of which I have 5 separate teams what they require for the week and structuring the priorities of their needs as the filming schedule fluctuates per day.

I have learned that communication and prioritization are key components to maintaining my workload and satisfying the Production teams. 

The most challenging part of the job is the level of involvement between the Production teams and the Corporate division.  If there was increased discussion between the creative team and corporate future projects could be enhanced and effectively better managed.

A typical day consisted of writing and editing scripts, meetings with co-producers and execs to ensure that the story telling and the research was professionally executed.  The most challenging part of the position was meeting deadlines and ensuring that the client was more than pleased with our product.  The most enjoyable aspect of the job was the team atmosphere and the knowledge that we could all work together to produce a product to which we would gladly attach our names.

The company feels like a family, despite being global. The turn-over rate is very low; there's a large percentage of staff who have been with the company 10+ years. Growth opportunities within the company are always evaluated before seeking external candidates. My immediate team is very supportive and collaborative and in general, its a really great group of people to work with in all offices. 

Good company to work for if you are pursuing a career in Television production. Opportunities to continue working with them after your production is complete. Long hours and intense deadlines. But team environment is enjoyable. The opportunity to meet other individuals in the business is great.

Working on a TV show behind the scene, is a lot of moving parts. However, you learn that everything has to coordinate for television. You become very organized and detailed. It's an awesome environment to witness all the  parts moving components come together to bring you a tv show, that also captures the homeowner every emotion during the process. 

I really enjoyed working at Cineflix. I worked there for about two years but was unfortunately laid off during a company restructure.  I would go back to work there in a heartbeat.

The structure supported a busy workload and the environment was very friendly.  I don't have anything negative to say about this company at all.

Personally, I felt out of place in the TV-Entertainment industry but over all enjoyed my 2 years at Cineflix, mostly because of the awesome people I've worked with.

One of the best place I have worked. Great coworkers. I had the best boss who allowed me to work from home for a month because I was expecting. my only regret is that I couldnt commit to work longer there.

Hard working people, work - life balance is not very progressive however working conditions very pleasant. Salary on the low side of industry standard

It's the film industry so people were fairly laid back in terms of attire, which was nice.  You learn a lot in terms of the technical aspects of the components.
