What is the best part of working at the company?
For the department I was in. Time off and pay.

Dealing with the Human Resources department

As a whole not very good. Each section has there own

Busy but fulfilling and rewarding

If its full time,its good for me,i think i believe i learned work environment,i graduated by BSC Degree in accounting,so iam planing to work hard,the work place culture of company is good.i think there is no hardest part of the job for me,because iam hard worker to win my life.all work are the most enjoyable part of the job

Overall great people and hardworking with many opportunities for advancement and learning. The salary is great and if full time benefits are good. Enjoy working here.

Great environment, great location, great people.  Working for a municipal government is challenging in that you are constantly aware that you are 'working for' the residents of the City.  It makes for a great work camaraderie though...

Victoria s a beautiful place and the municipality does important work but this organization is constantly making  massive organizational changes which result in an inefficient organization that can't effectively plan or carry out plans. 

All in all a great place to work. Stay out of politics and you'll be fine. Lots of different equipment to work on and a busy shop. You are able to bank any overtime you work and the paid holidays and personal days are great.

The Vehicle are in SUCH BAD CONDITION then if your driving to Nanaimo with so much Play in the stiring wheel  Unsafe Vehicle, Dirty inside Vehicle  and the PAY IS SUCH AN INSALT  DONT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.....

Great work setting. A lot of variety in job tasks. Great benefits. Good pay and a lot of overtime . Supervisors and management are easy to get along with for the most part.

GREAT WORK ENVIRONMENT. for my time there mostly i was working remotly, because of the nature of the project we were working on as a team. i would highly recommend
