Every day has different tasks to do that makes for a varied workplace.  The team makes every day a joy to come in to work. I love being a part of a new family's journey and to welcome them back to the store when their new bundle arrives! I enjoy being able to share my motherhood experience with others and feel it adds value.
I also feel blessed to be a part of the company and feel that my input is appreciated, valued and taken into consideration.

Clément is a great first job I believe for many. You learn a lot about being helpful customer service wise, you are trained on cash and as well as kept busy with stock. There is never just one task for you, you will be kept busy. 
Hardest part about the job is finding coverage if you get sick or need time off. Management doesn’t communicate too well, which can make understanding some of the policies more difficult. 

I don’t quite like working there, i find it toxic, your other co-workers aren’t as nice as u think they will be. the shifts are all very unorganized and it is almost impossible to change shifts or cancelling to come.
i was extremely sick and went to my country for a month to do a surgery and we forgot to ask the doctor for a note for my job but said we would next time since we forgot and explained everything but they still begged every minute

Working here for many years I feel Clement provides great support and appreciation to its employees. I've experienced great management while growing with the company through the years. I recommend starting your career with Clement or even working here casually as this location is flexible with their staff. 

great work, although the work was long and irritable. There was a lot of material to learn very quick which was very stressful. Great employees and customers although it was not convenient for me since i was looking for a full time job and not part time.

Work consisted of helping clients find what they are looking for, placing merchandise on the shelf, organize, do follow-ups for clients and their orders. Sales and Promotion were a given
Hardest part - dealing with thieves.

I learned so much in children's and baby's product. It's really fun to work with all the co-workers there. My managers are really nice and I enjoyed my days there.
