Pros - Small but growing forward thinking company. 

Cons - lack of proper structure/support/stinginess from management with hiring qualified staff. Salary is below competitive wage, however work expectations can often times be insurmountable and unreasonable. Management extremely weak, and fail to take action on delinquent employees, who make it a toxic workplace due to extreme unprofessionalism, increasing employee turnover/driving out good employees. Owners pay attention to hiring qualified and stricter Centre director so associate doctors are also happy. Pay attention in general about how staff are being treated, if fairly asnegative workplace behaviour leads to poor morale/mental health amongst staff in general.

It’s not a healthcare, nobody cares about “health” over here. MONEY-focused care. Unqualified and uneducated staff working in a specialty facility. I felt sorry for all the patients. 
New comers SCAM! Use minimum pay to replace senior staff.  No growth nor development within the company. Requesting duties falls outside the scope of your responsibilities without increment (no compensation for language proficiency nor doing third party work). 
Butcher place without work ethics. One man band without management. Hierarchy without structure. 
WORST management and HR ever! 

Very poor management. Staff was often mistreated and never given opportunity to advance within the company. No job roles were defined properly and tasks often got missed or ignored. Patient care was not the priority of the company ever. 

I was often concerned about the health and safety of the staff and felt that the management did not follow the proper steps in any situation. The staff morale was often quite low therefore making staff turnovers common. Additionally, all of the new staff wasn't being properly trained causing problems for patients.

the management is EXTREMELY BAD,  the  training guideline is missing, but expecting you to do everything, from wiping the floor to know who to give eye drops to the patients.
the salary is EXTREMELY LOW ! even if they have raised your hour salary up to  $0.5. they will squeeze you and reduce your hour.
They are not willing to hire extra manpower, WILL NOT provide the insurance to you, only when you try to claim your insurance to find out they didn't get your insurance.

I have not seen any stress but I’d like to see myself getting better so I’m learning each day

Every day is different so I am enjoying and learning more

If you're looking to gain experience this is a great place. Only because they'll have you do a little bit of everything.  But be prepared! Schedules are always overbooked and you'll only be making a dollar above minimum wage.  And no raises at this company.

Management was lacking, false promises for raises, High pressure, but manageable for me.  Again allowed me to work with people of all ages, culture and personality.  I found this job more rewarding then anything.  Allowing me to allow patients to leave feeling a sense of security and knowledge of what was going on with them

Clarity Eye is a great place to work at if you look at it from a stepping-stone perspective. The place is only for you to grow and gain experience. Once you've noticed that you've learned all that there is, you know its time to move on.

It’s just a stepping stone job. You’ll get the experience but will sacrifice your mental state of mind. Manager micro manages, no work-life balance and the pay is the lowest I’ve ever seen(minimum wage).
Bare minimum training. Wait time is long for the patients. If you’re new to the country and need something to get some Canadian experience, they’ll hire you - no experience necessary!

Management is disorganized and lacks effective leadership. The company does not prioritize employee well-being and tends to take advantage of new immigrants, students, and individuals on work permits. Compensation is minimal, and salary increases are not guaranteed. There is a need for better policies to support and retain employees
