Great place to work. They're wonderful for work life balance and job security. The people are wonderful. I wish there was more opportunities to advance your skills within the firm (this is written from a legal assistant\paralegal perspective).

Typical day at work is very relaxed as colleagues are fun and very accommodating. Since I am new at a law firm, I am learning a lot on the culture of a fairly big company like Clark Wilson. One thing I love about the firm is there's no micromanagement at work, you are provided enough space to be creative and strategize on your own pace.

The wonderful people at CW are very supportive and cooperate well with each other.  It can be busier in some departments.  Management and HR do their best to ensure we are kind, respectful and professional.

While there is a lot of work to keep busy, the company is ultimately very supportive and understanding. HR thoughtfully listens to any concerns that arise and provides solutions and/or other opportunities for growth. They seem to truly want you to help you achieve your goals - which is a nice change from previous experiences!

Clark Wilson LLP treat their staff and lawyers well. Great place to work.  The lawyers and partners are fair and driven to be the best in their field.  Smart and ambitious co-workers.  The The Employer promotes high ethics and standards. 

Decent benefits, paid time off, etc., but a lot gets taken for granted when an employee is hard-working and diligent. Each employee needs to understand their worth and be willing to speak up about that during employee reviews or at other times when it is warranted. 

Exceptional workplace culture with strong team-building values and integrity. A huge firm with amazing people to work with and strong core values. It has been a great learning experience so far and continues to be.

People at Clark Wilson want nothing more than to help new people and see others succeed. There is opportunity for growth and a tuition reimbursement plan to help with my education. I truly love working here. 

Overall, it's a good place to work.  The office is beautiful.  Most people are nice, but some are not helpful.  There's often long hours required for support staff in some departments.
