Classic Honda

Working for Honda is great. On a typical day, I would meet approximately 30-50 new people. I've learned how to work/speak to customer appropriately. Handle difficult customers and make sure that everyone gets treated well. The management team is very supportive, easy to work with and speak to if there are any issues. Coworkers are also great, we all work together as a team to make sure the job gets done effectively and efficiently. The hardest part of my job I would say is not being able to help someone if there is a language barrier, but I usually try my best to explain it or find someone who can help. The most enjoyable part of the job is working with everyone there. All staff is very friendly, willing to help, and just overall great people!

fun and busy day dealing with customers and meeting there requirements and getting to know some of them. things ive learned thru them is patience and strong work ethic will get you far. my manger was a cool fun guy who can play the roll of your friend and also let you know that hes still your boss and has a certain standard that he would kill all of his employees to reach. some of the co-workers can be nice but most off all there a good team. the hardest part of my job is dealing with certain customers who want things done a proper way. the most enjoyable part of my job was my co-workers can always entertain you and keep you laughing.

Classic Honda provided me with a great start-end of the day. The energy, the people and the vibes were great. The hours are there, I learned lots about the dealership industry in a short period of time from fellow employees. I have zero complaints about my working experience with this workplace.. Great workplace.

They are lowest paying dealership in GTA. For apprentice not a good place to work because no bay for apprentice . So in summer they have to work in drive through or outside dealership. They wants more work but on minimum pay. But for working environment it is good. All the technicians are very helping to apprentice. Just bad thing is management. 

From management to employees its all toxic. Management thinks they are kings and queens ... they have no compassion for their employees.  For a billion $ business they pay their employees terrible. Everyone talks about everyone behind their backs. Just a poor environment and shaddy. Don't recommend working here at all. 

IT's fun to work. great coworkers. The hours are great to work if you do have a family. Very family orientated for the most part. You learn a lot . some may find it overwhelming. we have to stock in cars, book out car, invoice transfers, answers phones, mail out letters and Add to dictionary. etc.

Well, I can say you'll get involve the full time job when you  are in sales in car business and I think there is no room for your life and family. So I think it's good for someone who is looking for same opportunity but Not for someone who needs to be with his family and take more time.

Tons of people to see everyday so it's good for any salesperson. Have to stay productive in this environment. Management is also fair and not as strict as they hold you accountable for your actions at all times.

as a lease assistant you are assisting the leasing manager,
calling past clients to ensure they are happy with their car, to also let them know there lease is coming to a end and to let them know about the new cars and current promotions.

Great customer service experience, great staff and decent management had a good experience working in the dealership industry little stressful, but overall a great learning experience.
