Was a good job enjoying working with all the guys and management is good just not enough work.

they are an ok company to work for but they arent very willing to work with someone who needs a little extra help. also the manager is a decent guy, but the way he does things is frustrating sometimes.

Work was good but seasonal so not steady therefore while is was working for Lakeshore I worked for other companies as well and they had no complaints about me doing so.

Mismanaged, no communication, no consequences for bad behaviour and no trust no matter how long you have worked there. I would not work there again for a million dollars.

They teach you and want you to learn. There is lots of equipment you can jump on. hardest part of job is no set rotations.

theywere good to work for always had work and kept me busy.there rates are good and they take care of there employees

overall good place management try to keep guys workings.
