What is the best part of working at the company?
I guess the fact that you don't have to work very hard.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The fact that no one makes very much money.
And they all know it

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Slow pace environment. It would seem like a very boring job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Assembling components to create clean energy. It is very difficult to learn how to bend tube to the appropriate plum. You might frustrate who's teaching you.

The day started with project schedules review meeting. Up-to-date schedules kept me on feet as it presented to the management often. There were supporting colleagues. 

It can be challenging when you do not have the right tools to work with. However, it is always encouraging when you realized how much you have learnt within a short space of time.

I enjoyed every day with varied tasks including customer service, engineering and answering questions to CSRs, sales, technicians and other engineers. Travel to international locations with great people with both large and small projects.

Safety is number 9. Get the job done! Don’t worry about safety   
Always a rush to get things out the door and corners get cut in order to meet goals 

Out of country ownership now and they don’t seem to care about people just numbers 

Good products and people but not a profitable company and lay offs could be around the corner.  Upper management has changed a bit and seem more engaged at this point in time so maybe the company will still be here in 10 years.

When it’s good, it’s great, but lay offs are not uncommon and a part of the industry. The culture is wonderful when the company is doing well but when lay offs happen, employee moral plummets, not unexpectedly.

Workplace culture and environment was uninspiring. Company was not doing well financially and many layoffs and terminations. The main reason why I left the company.

Very few pay raises. Employee's don't care about work and it shows. Very repetitive. Owned by another company in Italy. Very little oversight, which leads to poor workmanship.


Constant process of change;
Work transfer from Canada to China in the last one year (ongoing);
Co-workers are Ok;
Management is Ok;

Don't work here- just don't. Tons of layoffs. No management direction. Most jobs being outsources to LATAM team instead of hiring locally. Rudest directors ever.
