A typical day at work started at 7:30am and ended at 7:30pm. We were on a 24/4 rotation so there was a great opportunity to work a lot. 

During the past 5 years, everything I have learned about the Oil and Gas and Construction Industries has been taught while being employed with Clearwater. 

I gained many new friendships with coworkers and management in the past 5 years.

The hardest part of the job was the amount of days worked in a row. Our rotation was 24 days on/4 days off, 10-12 hour days. 

The most enjoyable part of the job was feeling part of a team, gaining new friendships and the feeling of accomplishment when a job was completed.

I start my day off by checking messages, emails, ordering office supplies, and taking phone calls throughout the day.
At this job I have learned multiple new things such as Syncrude CDMS, filing, Microsoft, excel, and developed a better way of dealing with customers.
The management as well as the co-workers are extremely caring and friendly. They are very easy to get along with, and work well as a team.

Overall, the experience was not great.  The pay was ok.  It all depends on what department you work for, what kind of experience you will have.  Most managers were great, mine unfortunately was not so great.  People would cringe and not make a sound when they could hear her heals come down the hall.

I have found in my experience that the majority of workers will endeavor to perform their tasks to the best of their ability and with the proper guidance and teaching they all have the ability to reach their potential.

While I ave enjoyed working with Clearwater, they have a close circle of employees and do not adopt more unless related or Union buddies. Employment is temporary at best and there is a feeling that nobody is permanent.

I got hurt on the job. They made my life hell, from lying about me, to blackmail. There should be laws against how I was treated. CLEARSTREAM IS THE NON-UNION SIDE OF THE COMPANY AND THEY ARE EVEN WORSE.

Worked on several jobs with Clearwater. They were a great company to work for with the pay and hours really good.  The management and work force were really good people and would recommend the company.

I worked here for 2.5 year and devoted alot of my spare time to ensure my job was completed on time. At the end, I was laid off with no reason

Great People, itteresting work.     I don't like being told by a robot that I have to type in a minimum of one hundred and fifty words.
The company works in 3 different provinces.

Very structured work day, felt valued and appreciated. Like any job, you get out what you put in. Lots of hours if you want them.
I would work for them again.
