Clearway offers a fast paced work environment, and have interdepartmental teams that work together to support each other in an effort to offer the best service possible to their customers. I have had the opportunity over the years to work in and beside  different teams, honing my skills while learning new ones. Management recognizes hard work and rewards those who take initiative.  The owners offer fair compensation, and ample benefits. Clearway being a family operated business values their staff, and in turn has enveloped their employees as family.
Clearway also gives  back to its community in many ways that makes me feel part of something bigger.
I know in both my work life and personal life Clearway has supported me in ways most companies might not have, and have given me many opportunities. 

As a rental agent, the interview process wasn't difficult although they do ask for a driving abstract. There is a lot to keep in your head and it can be stressful while training, since there are lots of small details to stay on top of, but overall everyone was really friendly and patient helping me learn. The pay is fine, and there's dental/life insurance after your first 3 months. Commissions are a really small part of the overall paycheck, but they're a nice bonus. 

I have never worked somewhere where they truly care about me as a person. I have gone through some hard times over the years and the Owners and management team were right there to help me through it all, they truly care. I find the staff our genuine and actually enjoy their job. 
I have been told by other staff that they have never worked anywhere like Clearway before and thoroughly enjoy their job as well. 


High school drama type work place environment. The agents are unqualified to work the front counter, the upper management team has no idea how to run a business, and the admin team are two faced and back stab you whenever they get the chance.  

All of the competent, skilled employees have left or have been fired from the company in the last year (for shady reasons) and whats left are people who have no business in the roles they have been appointed to.  



Clearway has been a fantastic company to work for. Management actually care about the staff you are not just a number to them you are family.

Works schedules are flexible and management are extremely accommodating if you have appointments you need to go to .

Promotions from within if you show initiative and work hard.

At each location staff work together to get things done everything is a team effort we all support each other .


Clearway is a great company to work for! They are very understanding around family. When I first got the job I didn’t expect to be hire so fast and had some appointments to work around in the beginning. I was scared they wouldn’t work with me on it. Of course it wasn’t going to be an all the time thing it was just in the beginning and I really wanted to start right away for them. It really built trust immediately on both sides. I’m very with this company! 

Management are petty, talk behind your back, create drama, gossip. They are very discriminatory. 
They seem great at the beginning and then turn on you. You will get called after you clock out. Highly unorganized company with poor core values. Certain people are incredible, while the COO is highly unqualified for that role and is a huge part of the problem. A ton of gossip. Poor pay. No room for growth 

 The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, and everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand. The management is incredibly supportive and always encouraging us to grow and develop our skills. I feel valued and appreciated as an employee, which makes coming to work every day such a joy. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my job and the amazing team that I get to work with.


The atmosphere can be so chaotic, but so fun. Everyone gets along so well, and our days go by so fast! With so many different jobs to do during the day, your 8 hours will fly by. The management are so easy to talk to and so educated in the field. 

Toxic leadership will sink a company in a heartbeat. You can not treat your employees like peons no matter how many letters you after your name. Good people and hard workers will only take so much and will end up leaving the job they love. Sadly management doesn't recognize the great talent, possibly because they aren’t the talent!
