Cleen Detailing

So, I’ve worked at Cleen for a few months now in this season and it has been an amazing experience for me. Everything is organized and managed remotely through phones and computers so it is much more accessible at all times. The management team is very understanding and helpful whenever there are any issues. There were many opportunities for make connections with other coworkers through various social events, etc along with some great positive customers as well. It was very adventurous as you never know where you will be working. It is hard work but the pay is worth it as their main goal is to create a living wage for their employees. I’ve learnt many valuable skills working for Cleen such as time management, organization, customer relations, sales and accountability. I would recommend this job to anyone who is looking for a fun, busy and a productive summer! 

My time at Cleen was fantastic. The management team is amazing and really helps you out for any questions that need to be answered in call. The CEO is awesome , he and the team really care for their employees and want to provide the best experience he can for them while providing living wage jobs to so many people. The detailing process is very good, and will continue to improve and grow, for the time right now you will have to use your own personal vehicle to travel with equipment but you do get compensated for holding that equipment and mileage on top of tips and the base pay. Financially great, cooperative environment and the company loves feedback and will try to incorporate it asap. Definitely apply to this company, highly recommend!

Cleen Detaining is a great company to work for. The culture we have is not like one I've had in previous jobs. We all get along and encourage each others growth. Like all companies that are establishing themselves there are times where cleen seems a little overwhelming on the detailer. Management is quick to address concerns and often work with us to find the best solution. Cleen Detailing is apart of Ontario Livingwage companies. In Ottawa this stands to be $21.95 per hour plus tips. The hardest part of your day is in either cold or rainy weather. The most enjoyable part is seeing our customers face after we show them their cars when finished. The most important part is the staff though. They are all friendly respectful fun to work with.

The company is great and management is always accessible. The job can be quite challenging at times so having the 24/7 support of management is very helpful. The job can be difficult, but was still enjoyable overall. Aside from the detailing there is a customer service aspect to the job that helped me improve my customer service skills. This was a great job that made me better able to prioritise, more organised, and a better communicator. The hours are long and the job itself can be difficult, but it's made up for by the great pay and excellent company culture! Working here was an amazing experience and I had great summer.


The pay is really competitive, which is nice if you’re looking for some extra cash. The management team is very helpful. It’s a growing business so it’s easy to reach out about any issues. If you haven’t detailed before, doing the actual detailing is harder than you might think and don’t overestimate your ability to be functional at 6 in the morning. 

I thoroughly enjoyed working for Cleen Detailing, from the customer interaction to the satisfying end results I was able to achieve with their quality equipment and products. They are very flexible and accommodating to your needs and are understanding of circumstances that may occur. It has been a few years since I worked for the company but still talk highly of them until this day.

I've been working at cleen for the past three month s and it is undoubtedly the best job I've ever had. The company really works hard to maintain a positive , upbeat work environment. If you enjoy independence,  outdoors and appreciation for your hard work this is the place to be! Also they offer a very competitive salary.

Best management team I’ve seen in a company. They help you with any problems you run into just ask and you will be assisted! Very flexible with your schedule and adamant on helping workers progress in there personal endeavours. You feel proud working for the company cause they make you feel valued. That’s very important to me.

The management at Cleen is absolutely phenomenal. No questions ever go unanswered and you can always count on them. The job itself is very rewarding and pays incredibly well both for hourly pay and mileage. The training provided is also really well done so you're well prepared for the job.

Working at cleen was a great experience that payed very well. If you do not have a high work ethic and are not the kind of person who can work long days in the elements then this job might not be for you! The management team is very supportive and helpful and the actual work is very satisfying. Would recommend to anyone!
